Prekrasna novoizgrađena vila Ema Nika Vodice smještena je u Vodicama, jednom od najpoznatijih turističkih odredišta srednje Dalmacije. Ovaj predivan spoj rustikalne i moderne raskoši, koji se nalazi na parceli površine 8000 m2, prostire se na 250 m2 stambenog prostora i može optimalno smjestiti osam, a maksimalno do deset gostiju. Sastoji se od četiri lijepe spavaće sobe s pripadajućim kupaonicama, dva odvojena toaleta, potpuno opremljene kuhinje rustikalnog šarma, lijepe blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka. Na raspolaganju vam je veliki privatni parking, a cijeli prostor potpuno je klimatiziran, te opremljen bežičnim internetom kao i svim kućanskim aparatima i potrepštinama koje vam mogu zatrebati tijekom vašeg odmora. Unutrašnji dizajn i uređenje ove vile uz kombinaciju cigle, kamena i drva oduševit će i najzahtjevnije goste te pružiti potpunu relaksaciju i užitak tijekom vašeg boravka.

Na lijepom, ograđenom dvorištu vile nalazi se prostrani 11x4 bazen s ležaljkama okruženim zelenilom za uživanje tijekom vrućih ljetnih dana, a na raspolaganju vam je i vanjski blagovaonski stol i stolice,koji uz viseće ljuljačke i ležaljke smještene na natkrivenoj verandi obećavaju odmor iz snova.Ova prekrasna vila posebna je po širokoj paleti dodatnog sadržaja koji su vam je na raspolaganju, pa je idealan odabir za goste sklone aktivnom odmoru. Ende August und Anfang September war es noch sehr heiß, doch dicke Vorhänge und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere erwachsenen Söhne und ihre Freunde waren begeistert von den Sportmöglichkeiten und haben diese eifrig genutzt. Ende August und Anfang September war es noch sehr heiß, doch dicke Vorhänge und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. Aber auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit ist das Haus sicher sehr gemütlich. Dijana, die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen und kümmerte sich sofort um unsere Anliegen. Sie hilft auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Unternehmungen.

The villa was very nice and clean when we arrived. The communication with the landlord was quick and very friendly. We were a group of ten people and the space was quite good for that amount of guests. The pool was very well tempered and the overall package is simply awesome. The bikes, the tennis court, the quiet location, the distance to the sea and everything overall are perfect for a nice time off. The interior of the villa is stylish, though comfy and handy too. The climate control was easy to handle and was working just fine. I´m recommending this villa for everyone who wants to do a variety of things without having a noisy environment.

I cannot say enough about this fantastic villa, just outside of Vodice. This is more than just a villa rental: it is a private, gated estate with private tennis and bocci courts (both night lit), a huge inground pool, cabana pool bar and grill house and just about every conceivable convenience one would possibly ask for. The Villa owner, Dijana is the ultimate host: she is available almost 24/7 to help book restaurant reservations, private boat tours, arrange car rentals, taxi's, drivers--any request was answered immediately with a huge smile. We stayed for a full two weeks and didn't want to leave. Do no hesitate to book Vil Emanika, it will be the vacation of a lifetime

An Incredible experience
Whether you’re looking to discover something new or relax or both. I would highly recommend Villa Emanika. There were 10 of us. We ate in some amazing restaurants just 10 minutes by car and even cooked meals of our own, dips in this massive swimming pool especially during those 30* C afternoons and even watched the stars above at night. My heart is filled with so many great memories to share. The warmth and great attention to care that the owners of this villa I must say is top notch!!! ❤️ 👍🏼 👍🏼 An incredible experience! Thank you to the owners of Villa Emanika for their kindness, their connections to having our car rental fixed at such a reasonable cost, for shopping tips and most of all their warm hospitality like no other! Das Anwesen entspricht zu 100% den Bildern, die Eigentümerin Dijana ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts perfekt um die Wünsche der Gäste. Wir fühlten uns mehr als wohl und werden dieses Objekt garantiert wieder buchen. Die Abwicklung über Croatia Luxury Rent, hat trotz meiner spontanen Buchung reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Gerne wieder!
