Vaš boravak u Villa Emilio

Luksuzna kamena vila Emilio smještena je u malom mjestu Murvica, odmah pored prekrasnog grada Zadra na jadranskoj obali.  Ova izuzetno lijepa villa oduševit će Vas na prvi pogled i pružiti vam odmor iz snova.

Potpuno klimatizirana može ugostiti do 12 osoba u 5 moderno opremljenih spavaćih soba sa bračnim krevetima i 2 dodatna ležaja. Na raspolaganju vam stoje 4 izuzetno uređene kupaone  sa podnim grijanjem, od kojih su 3 en-suite, te 1 odvojeni toalet. U prizemlju se nalazi kompletno opremljena kuhinja, blagovaonica sa 12 sjedalica te prostrani dnevni boravak sa satelitskom TV.

Posebno ćete biti oduševljeni zabavnim sadržajima vile za opuštanje i rekreaciju poput saune, biljara, pikada, stolnog tenisa, stolnog nogometa te igrama playstation 4. Vilu dodatno krasi njen potpuno ograđeni vrt na parceli od 7800 m2, na kojem se nalazi veliki grijani bazen za osvježenje i ležaljke za sunčanje. Na raspolaganju je također i vanjski roštilj za pripremanje delicija uz ugodno druženje s obitelji i prijateljima.

Villa Emilio smještena je na odličnoj lokaciji mirnog mjesta Murvice, bogatog poljoprivredom i maslinicima a pri tome je samo 5 km udaljena od Top destinacije grada Zadra. Prekrasni grad bogat je kulturnom i povijesnom baštinom, te gastronomskom ponudom. Imat ćete mogućnost uživati u brojnim plažama i uvalama oko ovog jedinstvenog grada, drugog po veličini u Dalmaciji, ili pak otploviti do obližnjih atraktivnih otoka. Ukoliko poželite dodatnu pustolovinu moći ćete uživati u jednodnevnim izletima na Plitvička jezera, slapove Krke ili predivne Kornate.

It’s perfect for the family or a large group of friends as everything you need is at the villa but you’re also only a 15 min drive into Zadar, with large supermarkets only a 5 min drive away. Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Außenbereich
Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum und super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert und sehr modern. Besonders gut hat uns der Außenbereich gefallen, der keine Wünsche offen ließ: Pool, Tennis, Dart, Tischtennis ... Nur bei den Day-Betten wäre noch ein Sonnensegel super, damit man dort auch Schatten hat. Die Villa Owner waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

We (3 families with kids aged 5 till 10) had a perfect family vacation at Villa Emilio. Everything was just as the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. The villa is very well equipped. Kate and her brother attended immediately to every request we had, perfect! Also, the communication with the team of CLR was effortless and very quick. Anytime again!

We were lucky enough to be the first guests staying at Villa Emilio and we were not disappointed. The place was absolutely stunning (better than the pictures!) and the owners were so helpful and reactive to our requests and checked that we had everything we needed. It’s perfect for the family or a large group of friends as everything you need is at the villa but you’re also only a 15 min drive into Zadar, with large supermarkets only a 5 min drive away. We would definitely recommend, we absolutely loved it and the pool table and ping pong table were added bonuses that were invaluable and pretty much in constant use!
