Vaš boravak u Villa Karlo

Villa Karlo smjestila se na šarmantnom otoku na sjeveru Jadrana- Vir. Vir pripada otocima zadarskog arhipelaga, te je povezan s kopnenim dijelom Dalmacije. Zahvaljujući toj povezanosti možete uživati u mobilnosti i otkrivanju ljepota Jadrana , ali istovremeno možete doživjeti tipični otočni događaj.

Na prizemlju prekrasne suvremene vile Karlo nalazi se moderna kuhinja sa blagavaonicom sa 8 sjedećih mjesta, dnevni boravak, spavaća soba s kupaonicom i odvojeni wc. Na katu se nalaze preostale tri spavaće sobe sa kupaonicom. Kupaonice su en suite sa tuš kabinom, te je također na raspolaganju perilica za rublje i pegla za robu. Spavaće sobe su opremljene sa bračnim krevetima (160*200) , te nude smještaj za 8 gostiju. Sve spavaće sobe i dnevni boravak su klimatizirani. Na katu vile nalazi se terasa s koje možete uživati u pogledu na prekrasni Jadran i otoke zadarskog arhipelaga.

U dvorištu je bazen (4*8*1,5) oko kojeg su 6 ležaljki, te sjedeća garnitura. Tu možete pripremiti svoje specijalitete na vanjskom plinskom roštilju. Dvorište i villa su potpuno ograđeni zidom (1,2-2,2m) kako bi mogli uživati u odmoru u potpunoj privatnosti.

Ukoliko se poželite plaže, samo 50 m od ville Karlo nalazi se pješćana gradska plaža. Razvedenu obalu Vira krase mnoge plaže, od pješčanih, šljunkovitih do kamenitih, stjenovitih. Vir je idealna polazna točka za izlete u okolne nacionalne parkove: Paklenica, Kornati, Slapovi Krke i Plitvička jezera. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se i starohrvatski kraljevski grad Nin, te popularna turistička destinacija Zadar, čija jezgra obiluje povijesnim spomenicima.

All the rooms were ensuite, with their own individual decor, all a good size. The host met us on time to show us around and give us the keys. He was always on hand if we needed anything, the kettle broke and he replaced it straight away. He took the time to offer us a boat trip around the island which we chose not to take up, hopefully next time. Would recommend and defini......

The pool was a big hit with the 3 generations. Owners were available during stay for help with a non villa related issue. Excellent villa with lots of areas for people to have some space and relax. The upstairs terrace gives a lovely view of the sea. The kitchen is cosy but well-equipped. The hosts are extremely helpful and on hand to provide any help necessary. Nicht schlecht, aber ...
Lage : Haus liegt hinter einem Campingplatz, aber durch hohe Mauer geschützt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Strandabschnitte, die zu Fuß in 3-5 min erreichbar sind. Haus: hochwertige Ausstattung, das Notwendigste ist vorhanden; sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Im gesamten Haus (160 qm) gibt es nur einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten uns schon auf's grillen gefreut, allerdings war der Gasgrill nicht gereinigt und hat uns nicht zum Grillen eingeladen. Einige Steckdosen im Haus waren nicht fest installiert und Abdeckungen fehlten. Im allgemeinen können wir uns der Bewertung von H. Lämmlein aus 09/2021 anschließen, diese Empfehlungen (Gartenbereich, Tor etc.) umzusetzen.

This is a beautiful villa. The beds are very comfortable, the shutters make it easy to have a great night's sleep. The pool is beautiful and the BBQ area is lovely. The upstairs terrace gives a lovely view of the sea. The kitchen is cosy but well-equipped. The hosts are extremely helpful and on hand to provide any help necessary. We had a medical emergency during our stay and the hosts were extremely helpful and very caring. The location is pretty. It's close to a lovely bay with a kastelina (castle ruin). There are some noisy bars nearby but the villa is a beautiful oasis so this is no problem. Showers very posh. Plenty on toilets. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely place.

Das Haus kann man mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Hier sind uns nur ein paar kleine Verbesserungen eingefallen. - Außenküche im Gartenbereich erstellen, die Anschlüsse sind bereits da. - größerer Grill, da für 7 Personen es nur auf Etappen möglich war zu essen. - Außenküche auf der Dachterrasse fertigstellen, Grill + Geschirr + Besteck + Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Im Moment muss man alles nach oben schleppen. Somit nutzt man die schöne Fläche leider nicht wirklich. - Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern einbauen - Tor o. ä. anbringen, damit das Gelände geschlossen werden kann. Super für Hunde. - Temperaturregelung für den Pool ermöglichen. uns war der Pool etwas zu kalt. Das sind m. E. Verbesserung, jedoch keine Mängel. Da ich eine handwerkliche Ausrichtung habe, sind mir hier auch ein paar Dinge aufgefallen. Alle Leistungen sind gut ausgeführt worden, jedoch würde ich den Maler verklagen. Er hat das ganze schöne Haus mit seinen Künsten verhuntzt. Vielleicht ist hier der deutsche Standard auch nicht der richtige. Lage ist super, Meer super nah, Bäcker und Restaurants ums Eck. Austattung super.
