Vaš boravak u Villa Premasole

Vila Premasole je pravo mjesto za sve koji traže savršeni odmor u Dalmaciji. Smještena petnaestak kilometara od Zadra i mora, nalazi se na mjestu s kojeg je lako krenuti u otkrivanje ljepota hrvatske obale.  Na Vama je da odaberete želite li posjetiti Nacionalni park Paklenica na Velebitu, osvježiti se pod slapovima Krke ili možda uživati na prekrasnim obližnjim plažama. Što god odlučili, nećete pogriješiti. Čak i ako dolazite avionom, zračna luka je udaljena samo pet kilometara, tako da ste samo nekoliko minuta udaljeni od vile koja će  postati dom u kojem ćete stvoriti najljepše uspomene s Vašim najdražima.

Iako je dobro povezana prometnicama, ova vila je oaza mira i tišine koji su prijeko potrebni i onima željnima odmora nakon cjelodnevnih izleta i aktivnosti, i onima koji se samo žele opuštati na suncu pored bazena i uživati u luksuzu  koji pruža.

Izgrađena prije stotinjak godina, ova prekrasna kuća je nedavno potpuno renovirana i sada spaja najbolje od tradicionalnog i modernog, lijepog i funkcionalnog. Sa sedam spavaćih soba koje su upotpunjene klimom, TV-om i kupaonama, dvije dnevne sobe, potpuno opremljene kuhinje i velikom terasom, ova kuća pruža udobnost za najviše četrnaest ljudi. Nalazi se na zemljištu od  čak 5000m2 na kojem pored vile raste 150 maslina te voće, povrće i začinsko bilje iz organskom vrta koje gosti mogu slobodno koristiti u svojim kulinarskim umijećima. Osim toga, ispred vile se nalazi i bazen s ležaljkama, igralište za djecu i mali nogomet. Cijelo imanje je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji osigurava privatnost i privatni parking. Na raspolaganju imate i besplatan wifi te roštilj za ugodna druženja s obitelji i prijateljima.

You can fully enjoy the house, the pool and the surrounding without any neighbours or people from the street watching you. Once you miss the crowd the city of Zadar is just 15-20 minutes away. The airport is also very close (10 minutes) so it has the perfect location. The house is perfect for families, larger companies, friends, business travels and even for couples! The owners are very very kind and friendly! I was in contact with them all the time, and they were helpful and accomodating during the whole stay. If you want to stay in a peaceful environment but still close to Zadar and the sea, than you have found the right place!! My warmest recommendations.”
