Zapanjujuće lijepa vila Proversa smještena je u naselju Ždrelac na otoku Pašmanu, biseru zadarskog arhipelaga i atraktivnom odredištu za nautičare i zaljubljenike u sportove na vodi. Zahvaljujući fantastičnoj lokaciji, vila pruža impresivan otvoreni pogled na Jadransko more i sve njegove ljepote. Okružena mirisnim mediteranskim zelenilom, vila Proversa idealan je odabir za sve ljubitelje prirode i one željne apsolutnog odmora u potpunoj privatnosti.

Ova lijepa kamena kuća prekrasnog eksterijera i interijera odiše tradicionalnim dalmatinskim duhom s daškom modernih, minimalističkih elemenata tvoreći nadasve ugodan ambijent savršen za relaksaciju uma i tijela. Vilu krasi 5 prozračnih spavaćih soba opremljenih bračnim krevetima dok se u jednoj od spavaonica nalazi i luksuzna kada koja pridonosi luksuzu interijera. Gostima ove potpuno klimatizirane vile na raspolaganju su i 4 prostrane kupaonice opremljene tuš kabinom te jedan odvojeni toalet. Suncem okupana, potpuno opremljena kuhinja s blagovaonom u kojoj se mogu udobno smjestiti svi gosti te udoban dnevni boravak stvoren za popodnevno opuštanje i uživanciju upotpunjuju bogato uređenje interijera vile Proversa u kojoj ćete se osjećati kao kod kuće. Ukoliko ste željni rekreacije zabaviti se možete u prostoriji za fitness.

U prekrasnom dvorištu vile, koja je svega 15m udaljena od prve šljunčane plaže, smješten je bazen u kojem se svakog dana možete osvježiti, uživajući pritom u zapanjujuće lijepim pogledu, čistom zraku i ljepotama prirode. Ovaj predivan preljevni bazen opremljen je uređajem za protustrujno plivanje te ima opciju grijanja, čineći vilu savršenim odabirom za boravak i van ljetne sezone. Gostima vile na raspolaganju je vanjski roštilj za pripremu svježih i ukusnih jela te 4 privatna parkirna mjesta. Ždrelac, koji obiluje prekrasnim uvalama i lijepim pješčanim plažama nalazi se na sjecištu pomorskih putova što ga čini savršenim za izlete po okolnim otocima i kornatskom arhipelagu čija će Vas ljepota ostaviti bez daha.

** Za vrijeme boravka u vili Proversa na raspolaganju vam je Jet-Ski Sea Doo 130 GTI (3 sjedeća mjesta) s kojim možete obilaziti mnogobrojna obližnja otočja i tirkizne plaže.

Također vam je na raspolaganju BRP Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 DPS (dva sjedeća mjesta) s kojim možete u avanturističke obilaske otoka po predivnoj stazi ukupne duljine 13,25 km na kojoj se nalaze mnogobrojni vidikovci opremljeni teleskopima sa kojima možete uživati u panoramskom pogledu na kornatski arhipelag s oko 140 otoka, otočića i grebena.

Jet-Ski je uključen u cijenu smještaja, a dnevni najam Can-am vozila iznosi 150 €.

Usluge dostupne uz dodatno plaćanje: 

1) Catering ili profesionalni kuhar koji će u vili pripremati jela po želji gosta

2) Najam vozila: gliser, manje jahte (sa skiperom), quad

3) Svakodnevno čišćenje.

The perfect place to take long walks, read books and enjoy magnificent view!
My husband and I stayed at the villa in the end of September and the vacation was a real vacation. The villa is located in a peaceful environment and enjoys a beautiful view which is really appreciated. We parked our Jet Ski and speed boat in front of villa on buoy. We swam in the heated pool every day, and since the house faces south, we were constantly sunbathing, which is very pleasant at this time. Next to the house is a kilometre long path called "the health path", along which we walked every day and enjoyed the smell of the sea and local herbs. In the evening we used to take a boat to Zadar, where we enjoyed a great choice of restaurants. The connection between the island and Zadar is excellent, since the local boat takes only 20 minutes and the docks in the centre. We have stayed in many villas so far and I have to admit that the best experience that we had was at villa Proversa. For every recommendation!

The best holiday destination on adriatic coast!
We stayed in the house for the Easter vacation. Villa features stunning sea views and the interior is beautiful and luxurious furnished. The sofas and beds are very comfortable.The house was very clean, and kitchen is fully equipped and organised.The infinity pool is large and the temperature was excellent. Villa is set on a very quiet private street surrounded by pretty stone villas. We also participated in a tuna hunt organized by the landowners and fished for big tuna. This was a memorable experience for us, as well as our encounter with a group of friendy dolphins. Because we enjoy an active holiday, and we like to explore nature with the quad Pasman Island was a good choice. Beside the villa there are beautiful roads that lead through nature and to various points of view from which you can enjoy magnificent views and sunsets. We visited Zadar several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes-bars with excellent coffee and sweets. The local boat takes just 20 minutes and docs in downtown Zadar. Property owners were very friendly and helpful. We shall certainly return to Pašman and Villa Proversa.

Stunning villa with crystal clear Sea
This incredible location provided everything we might have needed for a perfect vacation. The villa has enchanted us from the inside, and looks nicer then in photos. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our favorite part of the home is the cuisine with a huge island where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The owners are super friendly and helped us a lot with advice and organizing the excursions. When visiting the Kornati Islands, we saw many dolphins near our boat. We spend a lot of time in jet skiing to explore bays and beaches. The sea is crystal clear, as is the heated overflow pool, which also delights us with its cleanliness, which is not the case with many similar amenities where we stayed. As gourmets, we were thrilled by the variety of restaurants and taverns on the Island. How I run every day the 20 km trail right beside the villa with views of the sea and islands was a great discovery for me.

Diese Villa hat absolut unseren Geschmack getroffen. Menschen mit hohen Ansprüchen werden hier sofort auf ihren Geschmack kommen. Ein atemraubender Ausblick auf den bekanntesten kroatischen Nationalpark Kornati, zahlreiche Inseln die man aus jedem Teil der Villa sehen kann. Ein Mix aus moderner und traditioneller Architektur. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Top Designermöbel. Der private Strand vor dem Haus macht die Atmosphäre zu etwas besonderem. Abends muss man nur ein paar Schritte aus dem Wohnzimmer machen und schon ist man am riesigen Pool aus dem man den Blick direkt aufs Meer genießen kann. Die Gastgeber sehr professionell von denen wir immer gute Tipps bekamen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
