Our family stayed at Split for one week and we couldn't have rented a better villa for our vacation. Villa Helena was everything and more that we expected. The villa was clean and in great condition. Also the private yard was good with the children. Villas location was good ia a nice and peaceful area yet only a short drive from the Split city center. Villas host was also very friendly and helpful in all matters and gave great tips about stores, restaurants and other activities.

Villa Helena ist eine perfekte Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird (beheizter Pool, beheizter Whirlpool, kleine Sauna, Fitnessraum). Alles sehr sauber und super neu. Sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend. Perfekter Meerblick. Check-in verlief perfekt, Gordan empfing uns an der Villa zur vereinbarten Zeit. Die Villa wurde uns ausführlich gezeigt und alles erklärt. Auch Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants gab er uns. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die kurze Wanderung an der Kirche vorbei zum Gipfelkreuz und der Kapelle. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

A wonderful time at Villa Helena
My friends and I were staying at Split one week, we rent the Villa Helena for our stay and we had a great time : the house is beautiful, clean, well decorated, only 15 minutes by car from split, and fits perfectly to a group of 8 persons (we were 7) with all the bathrooms. The view from the balcony and the pool is beautiful, and the game room (with the darts and the football table) is really cool if you want to spent some time inside with your friends (our situation) or with your family. I'd like to thank our host, Gordan, who was really nice to us from beginning to end, give us some nice activities ideas and locations to do our groceries.

We had an amazing time in Villa Helena. It's the best villa we have ever been in. The villa has stunning views, the pool area is amazing and we loved the Jacuzzi. It's a private property and you also have a automatic gate which can open and close. There is enough private parking space for 4 or 5 cars. The house itself is fantastic. A lot of high tech features and Airconditioning everywhere. Every room has A/C, even the garage where the sauna is. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The outside area with the dining table and big barbcue is lovely. The villa has tons of features and everything was super luxury. You have all the facilities you could ever wish for. I can go on and on but I can tell one thing: you should book this villa and take a look by yourself! We had a little issue with the fridge and freezer, but the owner took care of it and fixed it by replacing another fridge. Gordan, you are the best owner :)

Perfekter Wohlfühlurlaub
Die "Villa Helena" in Solin, im ruhigen Ortsteil Kučine lässt keine Wünsche offen, hier beginnt Urlaub. Wir verbrachten im September 2021 unvergessliche Urlaubstage. Die Villa ist sehr modern und auf neuestem technischen Stand sowie mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auffallend war der überaus gepflegte und saubere Zustand im Haus, Garten mit Grillplatz sowie Pool und Jacuzzi. Traumhaft ist der unverbaute Blick (wirklich wie auf den Fotos) auf das Meer, die Insel Brač und das nicht weit entfernte Split. Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden und sie standen uns mit Tips und Empfehlungen zur Seite. Man spürte einfach, dass es dem Vermieter wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste runherum wohlfühlen. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur (wir buchten bereits zum 2.Mal darüber)), die Beratung per Telefon und Email, bis hin zur Buchung verliefen korrekt und problemlos. Wir können die "Villa Helena" guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Eine super schöne Villa, liebevoll, gemütlich und gut durchdacht mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Eine Villa mit Wohlfühlcharakter! Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und sympathische Gastgeber, an die man sich jederzeit wenden kann und denen es ein Anliegen ist, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Die Lage der Villa ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche schöne Ausflüge, dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Hier beginnt die Erholung bereits mit dem Ankommen. Die Villa ist sauber und top gepflegt. So muss Erholungsurlaub sein! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Wir können die Villa mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
