Einfach traumhaft!

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus samt Grundstück ist einfach ein Paradies! Der Garten samt toller Außenküche und der Poolbereich sind wirklich riesig, von ursprünglichem Charme, top gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Haus hat optisch den ursprünglichen istrischen Charme. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlt es an nichts, hatten wirklich noch nie solch ein liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattetes Haus. Es gab sogar vier neue Mountainbikes zur freien Nutzung. Vanja und Boris haben mit wirklich vielen liebevollen Details hier ein wahres Paradies geschaffen!!! Mit dem Auto ist man in sechs Minuten im nächst größeren Ort mit Supermarkt und kleinen Restaurants, nach Rovinj fährt man knapp 25 Minuten.

A beautiful villa in a very quiet environement,furnished with attention to details.Everything was functional,full furnished kitchen,2bedrooms ,3 bathrooms.A nice wellcome suprise was excellent and refreshing.Very friendly,helpfull and plaesant hosts.Functinal jacuzzi was a real relax.Our dog appreciated the calm ,lovely garden and the possibility of long walks.We reccomend for people who a looking for a relax in a pleasant villa with a quality equipement.We will be happy to come back.

Romantisches Landhaus

Liebevoll restaurierte Villa in natürlicher Umgebung mit sehr netten Besitzern. Alles hat gepasst. Super Lage zum Limski Kanal, Rovinj und auch Orten im Landesinneren wie Motovun und der Trüffelmesse, wo wir auch waren. In Zminj, was nur reichlich 5 Autominuten entfernt ist, gibt es alles, von guten empfohlenen Restaurants über Supermärkte und sehr gute Metzgerei, wenn man die tolle Aussenküche mit Grill nutzen will. Der Kamin hat den Abend nach dem Aufenthalt im schönen Garten perfekt gemacht. Einzig ein kompletter Zaun ums Grundstück und ein zweiter Hausschlüssel würden es noch perfektionieren. Vanja und Boris waren sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns bei der Abreise noch mit Olivenöl versorgt. Danke für die schöne Zeit auch von meinem Hund Sammy😊

Wir waren Ende August für 1 Woche in dieser entzückenden Villa 🌸 Wir hatten 2 Kinder mit 10 und 13 mit welche die Privatsphäre, den Pool und den Jacuzzi sehr genossen Das Haus hat einen romantischen Charmr, mit Liebe eingerichtet und die Vermieter Vanja und Boris sind spitze. Um An den Strand zu gelangen benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir waren jeden Tag woanders, in 20 bis 35 min ist man an wundervollen Orten Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Danke

Wir hatten zwei wirklich tolle Wochen in diesem süßen Haus. Die Pools und die Outdoorküche waren traumhaft. Der Hund hat sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt, ist aber leider das ein oder andere Mal ausgebüchst. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit in allem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mit viel Liebe und Herz wird man hier empfangen, begleitet und umsorgt.Geschaffen wurde mitten im ländlichen istrischen Gebiet, eine Oase zum Seele baumeln lassen und Fellnasenerholungsurlaub. Good, but not as expected

My fiancé and I booked Villa Natural for a week in the beginning of June 2022. The house was nice and had all necessities (except a coffee maker), but it had tons of bugs which was very annoying and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the weather was not great all the days when we were there, so we hoped we can play roulette and paint a little, as that seemed so cozy, but that was not available in the house. The owner mentioned that because of Covid-19 (even though it is June 2022), they can't have roulette and paint in there any longer which did not make total sense since there is dart and backgammon available. Overall, the owner was very nice and pleasant to meet. She even prepared a small welcome gift for us upon arrival, which we appreciated.

EXCEPTIONAL: a charmingly renovated old Istrian house with a newly-built pavillion, a spacious garden , a refreshing swimming pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. Surrounded by a big garden with blossoming trees, birds singing and bees buzzing. Ultimate peace and quiet. And , of course, most welcoming hosts. Shops are nearby, the location is also very convenient for daily trips .And, on the culinary side, good places to get a taste of the local cuisine. On the whole, a marvellous spot!

Beautiful place to stay

This is definitaly one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. Everything is decorated so lovely and with so much passion, its just stunning. The whole house and garden creates an amazingly cozy atmosphere to calm down and relax. There are several thinks which make it a wonderful place to stay, such as an outside kitchen, the beautiful garden and of course the pool. The house itself is so well equipped and beatifully furnished that I could imagine myself just moving in, right away. On top of that, Vanja and Boris are really lovely and kind people, who will help you whenever needed and do everything to make your stay a great experience.

Ruhige & tolle Villa

Schöne ruhige Villa für Paare oder Familie. Gute Lage um nach Porec oder Pula zu fahren. Jacuzzi, Pool , Sauna, schöner Garten & Grill. Wirklich ideal zum entspannen und relaxen. Sehr nette und liebe Vermieter. Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Leider war der Pool trotz Nachfrage bei Croatia Luxury Rent nicht gefüllt, obwohl dies mit Ja beantwortet wurde. War aber auch zu kalt (Anfang März) und haben den Jacuzzi vorgezogen. :-)

Cozy in the country

Vanja and Boris could not have been more charming and helpful hosts. We had been on the coast and sailing for over a month, so the country was a great chance to see another side of this beautiful country as winter set in. Villa Natural was cozy and very comfortable. Well equipped, we had some great bike rides on the bikes provided at the house - a great asset as bike rental shops were all closed for the winter. We also enjoyed excellent local wines by the wonderful fire. The villa also comes with pool and jacuzzi (the latter can still be used in winter!), so I am sure it would also be a great spot in the summer. Met some very entertaining neighbours and have some excellent memories of our time there.

We enjoyed our our time in the cosy villa, its wonderful pool and the nice garden. It was also a great base from where to start to explore the beautiful villages and towns nearby. We really appreciated the wonderful surprise of a welcome gift of fresh vegetables and nice bread and we were very grateful for the way Vanja and Bobo, the perfect hosts, addressed every issue when raised. We'll be certainly back!

Wir hatten eine superschöne und entspannende Woche in der Villa Natural. Der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft, die Kinder waren vom Gelände kaum wegzukriegen. Zitat meiner Tochter: "Können wir jetzt nicht immer hier wohnen?" Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und es fehlt an nichts. Auch gibt es ganz viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu tun, wenn man mal nicht in den Pool will (Dart, Federball, Fahrräder, Roulette, Spiele, etc). Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell in alle Richtungen alle Ziele. Und nicht zuletzt: die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit; wenn was ist, sind sie sofort zur Stelle. Eine wunderbare Woche - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus! Klein aber fein und man ist völlig ungestört. Hinter dem Pool wäre noch ein Zaun angebracht , wir hatten einmal plötzlich einen Schäferhund im Gelände stehen . Eine kleine einliegerwohnung ist neben dem Haus , was allerdings problematisch mit kleinen Kindern wäre , da es ein separater Eingang ist .( es gibt keinen Schlüssel) Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küchen Ausstattung ist ein wenig dürftig, es fehlt an Besteck und Tassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir hatten als willkommensgeschenk frisches Brot, Gemüse. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erst mal selbst Hand anlegen zwecks Reinigung.( Kühlschrank, Spinnennetz)zu empfehlen ist das Haus aber trotz allem!

Wir waren 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen , gemütlichen und traditionellem Haus. Es hat und sehr gut gefallen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Vermieter waren sofort ansprechbar , wenn es zu kleinen Störungen kam. Die aber sofort behoben worden sind. Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Man ist voll und ganz unter sich.

A piece of Paradise!

We've just returned from a week in the beautiful Villa Natural which we were so sad to leave. The house has wonderful character and is rich in history, but has all the modern facilities you need on holiday (air con, sky TV, free WiFi etc). And the gardens and pool are stunning! There are plenty of sun loungers and a large parasol so you can choose to enjoy the sun or shade, and we were lucky to be the first to make use of the new outdoor jacuzzi alongside the pool and the gorgeous outdoor four poster bed with pretty curtains which floated in the breeze. There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy drinks or a meal, plus space for children to run around and enjoy the great outdoors. It is such an unspoilt, quiet, tranquil, beautiful place to spend time - we didn't want to leave! Our hosts were also charming and so thoughtful, providing biscuits and bread on our arrival and sharing lots of wonderful places to visit. We would highly recommend this villa to families and couples alike... a little piece of Paradise in beautiful Istria.

The most charming and wonderfully situated villa.

Everything was as we had hoped. The owners met us on arrival and explained everything that we needed to know. They were also on hand during the week if we had questions. The property has an easy charm about it and we spent many happy hours by the pool. The location of the property was also perfect for our day trips out to see the many fascinating sights in this part of Croatia. Truly wonderful.

Rustikales Natursteinhaus mit Pool

Das Haus ist mehr als einhundert Jahre alt und hat sehr viel Charakter. Es befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und die liebevoll durchgeführten Instandhaltungen haben es in einen modernen Zustand versetzt, wobei der rustikale Charme des schönen Hauses gekonnt in Szene gesetzt wird. Es ist zentral in Istrien gelegen und liegt am Rande einer wirklich sehr kleinen Ortschaft inmitten von mit Bruchsteinmauern abgegrenzten Parzellen. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind so weit entfernt, dass es mehr als genug Privatsphäre und Ruhe gibt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in knapp 10 min Entfernung per Auto. Der Empfang durch die wirklich sehr freundlichen Gastgeber war enorm freundlich und sämtliche denkbaren Informationen wurden beritwillig weitergegeben. Das Gelände ist weiträumig und zusammen mit dem schönen Pool gibt es reichlich Gelegenheit für Rückzug, Entspannung oder sportliche Betätigung.

Nice house to relex

Villa Natural is a nice well equipped house in the village of Kanfanar. At our arrival the owners Vanja and Boris gave us a warm welcome and provide good customer service during our stay. They gave us tips for thinks to see or beaches to visit. There is a brochure with info’s regarding restaurants and important phone numbers available in the house as well. The property was very clean and well maintained. The next village with restaurants (Konobas) and supermarket is Zminj 3 Km away here we can recommend Konoba “Puli Pineta” and “Pod Ladonjon” and for Pizza “ Pizzeria Orhideja”. More restaurants are around and some are on the way to Rovinj (20 minute drive) which we tried and they are all good. For seafood its worth to visit one of the restaurants at the Lim Fjord. The location of the house is quiet and well located at the countryside with a nice swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air-condition and free WIFI. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay and for your barbecue in the garden. We definitely will recommend this property to our friends. Thanks to Vanja and Boris for their hospitality and we are sure we will come back again.

Super gemütliche und bestens ausgestattete Villa, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Pluspunkte: sehr geräumiges und gemütliches Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock; malerischer Wintergarten; gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin; großer, eingezäunter Garten mit vielen interessanten und liebevoll hergerichteten Details wie Hollywood-Schaukel, Kinderschaukel, Essplatz, kleinem Brunnen etc. pp. - weitgehend nicht einsehbar; nicht zuletzt super sauberer und großer Pool. Technische Geräte funktionieren perfekt incl. Satelliten-Empfang vieler deutscher TV-Programme und freies Internet. Auch die Lage passt, da mitten in Istrien und nahe der schönsten Stadt Istriens, Rovinj (15 min mit KW). Das Allerbeste: die wirklich netten Vermieter, keine Floskel! Zu beachten: Autobahn in der Nähre, hört man aber praktisch nicht; Bäder und Kinderzimmer sowie Arbeitsfläche in der Küche vergleichsweise klein, hat uns aber auch nicht gestört. Fazit: Haben den Urlaub zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene mit Hund) sehr genießen können, das Haus ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen, leider nun kein Geheimtipp mehr...
