We've stayed almost 2 weeks in the house and basically had a great time. The property is well maintained and in a good shape. The house is big enough and has enough room/space for min. 6 people. We've also had our dog with us, who also enjoyed the stay pretty well. The location is pretty quite and around 30min from the next big city or beach away. From here you can start trips to almost every interesting location within Istria (Mountains, Sea, good restaurants, big cities (Pula, Rovinje, .........

Good, but some disadvantages
We've stayed almost 2 weeks in the house and basically had a great time. The property is well maintained and in a good shape. The house is big enough and has enough room/space for min. 6 people. We've also had our dog with us, who also enjoyed the stay pretty well. The location is pretty quite and around 30min from the next big city or beach away. From here you can start trips to almost every interesting location within Istria (Mountains, Sea, good restaurants, big cities (Pula, Rovinje, ...). The equipment of the house is pretty good on the first view, after a while we had issues due too less stuff in the kitchen and had to improvise a lot. It would be great to get some more dishes, pans, .... There is a stove, an oven and a bbq (outside) so basically can cook almost everything. Bathrooms, bedrooms, everything was clean and in a good shape. The disadvantages ... and sad it's just not according to the description: the house is more than 10 years old and just got a few renovations. The pool is not heated and during our stay it never got wamer than 25°C which was just too cold for our 7 year old. Today you easily can install solar thermal heatings, which could help to keep the water temperature on an child-acceptable level. Beside that, it definitely needs a safety system. During our stay there was a bulgary in the other house behind ours. The probably couldn't steal much, probably the family came back and disrupted them. Other houses in the area already have cameras which could help to avoid such an issue. I hope the owner will improve, cause than it would be a perfect place for families to stay and enjoy a great vacation. Big thanks to the people who met us at the house, the all were very friendly and helpful!
