Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (6 Personen) und unserem Hund in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben die Ruhe, den wunderbaren Ausblick und die Nähe zum Meer (3 min) und Zadar sehr genossen. Die Eigentümerin hat uns jederzeit sehr rasch geholfen und vieles organisiert. Fussläufig ist alles was man benötigt erreichbar, zur Fähre sind es ebenfalls nur 25 min Spaziergang. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es auch eine wunderbare Marina mit einem tollen Restaurant. In Summe sehr zu empfehlen....

The house (or the apartments) are modern and exclusively furnished and the view from the terraces is fantastic. Clean, beautiful and well maintained pool that brings refreshment at any time. The clean sea and the city within walking distance. Ivana as host has left no wishes or questions unanswered. We will be happy to come again ...

In reality it is even more serene. The house is located in the middle of Poljana village, but it actually sits in the middle of a large olive garden. It is just the calmest place with nothing but crickets, sun and wind. The garden was also improved so there is even more space around the pool now. The house......

Die Villa liegt am Hang mit schönem Blick auf die Adria und besteht aus 2 Etagen mit jew. einer Wohneinheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche. Also insgesamt 4 SZ, 2WZ und 2 Küchen. Der Pool ist einsame spitze, super sauber und nachts bis 00:00 beleuchtet. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen jew. im Wohnzimmer. Wir sind erst um 22:00 in Zadar angekommen und hätten die letzte Fähre verpasst und in Zadar übernachten müssen aber Ivana, die Eigentümerin, hat uns einen einzigartigen Transfe......

Villa Serenity
We spent two extraordinary weeks in Serenity. Two families with two small children, this was one of the best vacations ever. Photos on this webpage actually do not do justice to the place. In reality it is even more serene. The house is located in the middle of Poljana village, but it actually sits in the middle of a large olive garden. It is just the calmest place with nothing but crickets, sun and wind. The garden was also improved so there is even more space around the pool now. The house and garden are spotless. Clean, well maintained, artsy even. Appliances in the house are of higher standard than usual. It takes about 2-3 minutes of walking to the nearest pebble beach and there are several other beaches (also sand) within 10-15 minutes walking range. Car access is a bit tricky, but this is just the way of the roads on Ugljan. Large supermarket is 5 minutes away by car and a small local store is about 5 minutes on foot. Butcher and fish market are in Preko, about 10 minutes by car. The owner, Ivana, was extremely warm and accommodating. She welcomed us and was always available for additional information. We wanted to explore the Kornati archipelago, so she arranged a private boat tour for us and a two day trip, returning to the villa each day. It was just spectacular. I would highly recommend this to anyone who comes here. There were not a lot of downsides. Mosquitoes are a nuisance, but repellents are provided both for inside and outside. Access road is... adventurous, but passable. Outside grill doesn't have a roof so it's better suited for dinners than lunches. In the end - the villa doesn't feel like a place to rent, but like a place to live. Regards, JK

Die Villa liegt am Hang mit schönem Blick auf die Adria und besteht aus 2 Etagen mit jew. einer Wohneinheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche. Also insgesamt 4 SZ, 2WZ und 2 Küchen. Der Pool ist einsame spitze, super sauber und nachts bis 00:00 beleuchtet. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen jew. im Wohnzimmer. Wir sind erst um 22:00 in Zadar angekommen und hätten die letzte Fähre verpasst und in Zadar übernachten müssen aber Ivana, die Eigentümerin, hat uns einen einzigartigen Transfer vom Flughafen via Speedboat (nightly boat-ride) nach Ugljan organisiert sodass wir noch am Abend in der Villa waren. Obendrein hat sie den Kühlschrank noch für uns aufgefüllt!! Thank you sooo much Ivana you're the best!!

super schöner Urlaub
Wir - zwei Familien - haben unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Pool sind einfach klasse. Die Lage ist top. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Fantastisk liten lugn by med en vacker strandpromenad.
Huset höll hög standard. Rent och fräscht. Vi var 4 vuxna o 4 tonåringar som hade var sin våning. I ett av rummen på övervåningen var det en bäddsoffa och där hade vi önskat riktiga sängar. Fantastisk utsikt från huset över vattnet och över till Zadar. Önskvärt är att det skulle funnits tillgång till mer än en cykel då vi inte hade bil och det var en bit att gå till affären. Rekommenderar att utforska ön då den erbjuder dolda vikar och höga berg. En kroatisk pärla.

Unser Urlaub war toll. Das Haus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohnungen. Ideal für 2 Familien, wie wir es waren. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Einrichtung, Pool, Terrasse alles super.Meer in wenigen Minuten, zu Fuß, erreichbar. Restaurant in direkter Nähe.

Large pool, great view
The location of the villa is fantastic. it is in a very calm area, near the beach and the shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. We got here with the car but there is a fast boat that goes directly to the center of Zadar so we didn't use the car at all. The weather was very nice so we enjoyed the view and the sun from the large pool on the terrace. The villa is perfect for large groups and very well maintained. Thanks for everything, we couldn't hope for better holidays.
