The rustic villa Big Hobbit 1 consists of a ground floor, which has an open concept and a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and furnished with unique furniture in warm and pleasant colors. The stone in the villa creates a real rustic atmosphere.

In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed for two people. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and an old road that leads to the sea where you will find your oasis of calm. From the courtyard you have a unique view of the olive grove and the Adriatic Sea.

In the back yard you can swim in the heated pool, sunbathe on deck chairs or prepare lunch or dinner on the outdoor grill.

During your vacation at Villa Big Hobbit 1, you will be close to the beautiful cultural heritage of the island of Brac. Brac is the largest island in Dalmatia with a rich and interesting cultural offer.
