The mysterious Spectacular & Unique villa is located 2.3 km from the island of Vis, on the islet of Host, which is known for being both a villa and a lighthouse. It is located in the western part of the entrance to the port of Vis, it is oblong in shape and 360 meters long. The lighthouse was built in 1873, and was named after the British captain of a battleship, William Host, in whose honor and thanks to his courage, the island was named. If you have always dreamed of staying in a lighthouse, it is possible on our coast!

Spectacular & Unique villa was renovated in 2020, has 180 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 44,000 m2. It has been converted into a luxury holiday home, the nearest sea and beach are only 20 m from the villa, and the villa has a sea view from all rooms.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, and there are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (160x200), and 4 en suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, armchair, TV, table, and fireplace. The sofa bed serves as an extra bed for two more people. The interior is decorated in a way that is a combination of Russian and Mediterranean styles.

In the kitchen, you will prepare your favorite dishes for your friends or family, and you will try them in the dining room at a table for 8 people.

On the terrace, there is an outdoor seating set that includes an outdoor table and chairs for 8 people and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood. There is also a garden with comfortable sun loungers and a hot tub overlooking the endless blue sea.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. By prior arrangement, a feeder and baby cot will be available.

If you arrive by personal boat, you can use a berth (on a buoy) up to 20 meters, and if you arrive with a boat longer than 20 meters, then on the island of Vis, there is also a mooring (with extra charge).

The villa is fully fenced, and on Vis, for guests arriving by car, 2 private parking spaces are provided.
