Your stay in Villa A

The modern, newly built Villa A is located in the charming town of Fazana in the western part of the Istrian peninsula and will delight you with its luxury, comfort and relaxed atmosphere. It represents everything you have always dreamed of so that you can fully indulge in enjoyment together with your family or a group of your dearest friends. Villa A has 350 m2 and offers accommodation for 8 guests. The airy living room, surrounded by unusual windows, is flooded with sunlight and furnished with a comfortable sofa and an interesting modern fireplace. The luxurious design is interspersed with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms, a gym and even a covered outdoor barbecue so you can enjoy delicious meals at any time of the day. There is also a 40 m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers, and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the beautiful Brijuni islands, which will enchant you with their beauty and richness of flora and fauna. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. The location of the villa is as exceptional as the villa itself and offers you countless opportunities to get to know this part of Croatia. You won't go wrong if you want to drive on wine roads or olive oil roads into the interior of Istria or get to know the rich culture of medieval towns, play golf or have fun in a water park. The coastline offers numerous sea activities and charming towns and villages that will delight you with their cultural and gastronomic offer. *The pool is heated from April 15 to October 1. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

We have been really curious as the Villa was ready at the beginning of June. What we found was at first a very friendly and hospitably host and owner of the villa. The design of the villa is spectacular and sophisticated, Italian Design with an outside kitchen, a huge pool, a terrace with seaview and so on. We enjoyed it really. The check-in and check-out was simple. The sea can be reached in few minutes. The only one thing which was enoying was the big jam on the motorway back to Austria.

Im rund 150 m vom Meer/Strand entfernten Quartier dürften in den nächsten Jahren noch weitere Villen entstehen. Wir zwei Familien aus der Schweiz waren im Juli 2019 zu Gast. Alle 4 Erwachsenen und die 4 Kinder haben sich in der Villa von Beginn weg sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl das Innenleben mit hochstehenden Materialien und einer tollen Raumplanung als auch die Anlage um den Pool......

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Villa. Die Eigentümerin nahm uns persönlich in Empfang und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir wurden auch immer wieder gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen, ob alles in Ordnung sei usw. Die Villa ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Was soll man noch dazu sagen....Einfach nur genial und wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr großzügiger Master Bedroom. Pflegezustand fuer ein 2019 errichtetes Haus ist gut bis sehr gut. Antwortzeit der Eignerin zur Fragen und Wünschen war sehr gut. Wir haben uns (10 Personen) für zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa A absolut empfehlen.

Außerordentlich zufrieden
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa A und wir waren wiederum sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und lässt eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Pool und Außenanlage sind ideal für eine Großfamilie, wie wir sind. Zu verbessern gibt es nur ganz wenig. Eine regensichere Überdachung des Grillbereiches und des Frühstücktisches der Außenanlage wäre in der Vor- und Nachsaison nicht schlecht. Es ist zwar eine Überdachung vorhanden, diese hält den Regen jedoch nicht ab. Auch der eine oder andere Sonnenschirm im Gartenbereich wäre wünschenswert. Alles andere ist jedoch perfekt, insbesondere auch die Umgebung mit dem nahen Meer, dem fußläufig rasch erreichbaren Ortszentrum von Fazana mit zahlreichen wirklich guten Lokalen und dem ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbaren Supermarkt. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in der Villa A.

Außerordentlich zufrieden
Wir waren als Großfamilie unterwegs, insgesamt 8 Personen, vom Enkelkind bis zu Oma und Opa. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig mit guter Raumaufteilung und ideal für 8 Personen nutzbar. Alles war sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Optimal ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe, aber auch der nahe Supermarkt und die in wenigen Minuten erreichbare Altstadt mit zahlreichen guten Lokalen sind hervorzuheben. Es hat uns so gefallen, dass wir gleich wieder für das nächste Frühjahr gebucht haben.

Sowohl das Innenleben mit hochstehenden Materialien und einer tollen Raumplanung als auch die Anlage um den Pool ist kaum zu überbieten. Wenn dann noch der natürliche Sichtschutz entsprechend gedeihen wird, darf man sich zurecht in einer kleinen Oase an toller Lage fühlen. Erwähnenswert ist bestimmt die begehbare Dachterrasse, die einem tolle Sonnenuntergänge erleben lässt. Topp Villa zu einem fairen Preis mit einer Vermieterin, die für das Wohl der Gäste besorgt ist. Wir geben 9.5 von 10 Punkten. English: The villa impresses with the most modern architecture and infrastructure in the otherwise tranquil village Fazana. In about 150 meters from the sea / beach it is likely to build up more villas in this area in the next few years. We two families from Switzerland visited in July 2019. All 4 adults and 4 children felt very comfortable in the villa from the start. Both the interior with high-quality materials and a great spatial planning as well as the system around the pool is hard to beat. If then the natural privacy will thrive, you may feel right in a small oasis in a great location. Worth mentioning is definitely the walk-in roof terrace, which lets you experience a great sunset. Top Villa at a fair price with a landlady who is concerned for the welfare of the guests. We give 9.5 out of 10 points.
