Luxury villa Agata, built in a contemporary style, is located in a small coastal village Grižane. The particularly favourable isolated location of the villa provides privacy and complete relaxation in the untouched nature that surrounds this luxury villa.
The villa has an accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 people, and in addition to three luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned rooms, there is also an extra sofa bed for 2 people. Upstairs are bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms. A washing machine and dryer are also available. If you arrive with small children, upon request you can get a feeder and a baby cot.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a glass wall, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and additional bathroom.
On the large terrace of the villa there is a beautiful pool measuring 4x6 m and 1.45 m deep, surrounded by six deck chairs. On the fully fenced terrace and courtyard of the villa you can also enjoy relaxed evenings in the company of loved ones with an outdoor barbecue and a large outdoor dining table. If you want to spend your vacation without neglecting daily sports activities the villa also has basic fitness equipment like skipping rope, training mats, Pilates balls and kettlebells.
Inside the yard there are two parking spaces and another place outside the yard.
On request and with an additional fee, the Concierge service is available, with which almost all your needs will be met as soon as possible.
Although a bit further from the sea, a pleasant drive by car in a few minutes you can be on several nearby beaches such as Vrtare beach, Kačjak or Dremalj. The crystal-clear sea in the Kvarner Bay will delight all lovers of water sports, swimming, diving or sailing.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find Tribanjsko Lake where you can enjoy fishing and the beauties of untouched nature of Kvarner. The average depth of the lake is 4 m, the lake is specific because it has as many as 24 fishing locations.
If you want to explore the surrounding areas in Kvarner, you will surely be delighted by the island of Krk, which can be reached by car. Apart from historical and cultural attractions, such as the Baška tablet on Jurandvor, the first written monument in the Croatian language, you will find various other natural beauties on the island of Krk. For example, the Biserujka cave is located near Rudine. The deepest point of this villa reaches 13 m, and in this cave live as many as 6 stenoendemic species.
Nearby is an urban centre, the city of Rijeka, where you will find many interesting contents such as festivals, cultural and historical monuments and places for nightlife. Rijeka is the third largest city in Croatia, and due to its special maritime position, it is a trading center on the Adriatic coast.
Some of the cultural and historical sites that you must see if you find yourself in this European city of culture with a pronounced Venetian influence in architecture, are the promenade and the old town or the lookout Trsatska gradina which in prehistoric times served as a Liburnian observatory.
