Villa Aktea 1 was built in 2016 with a modern style of construction, 213 m2 of living space is at your disposal, while the total land area is 420 m2. From the nearest sea and the beach Zastup is about 500 meters, only 6 km from the villa in Supetar, there are shops and cafes. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people.

On its ground floor, there is a modern kitchen, which includes a bar with two bar seats, where you can easily and simply prepare delicious meals for the whole family, a dining room with a table for 6 people, comfortable living room consisting of TV, coffee table and two sofas that serve as an extra bed for two people. On the ground floor, there is a small office that contains a table and a seat.

On the upper floor of Villa Aktea 1 there are three bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. One of these bedrooms has a view of the Adriatic Sea.

An additional feature of this villa is an additional room with a washing machine and iron. With prior request, and if necessary, a feeder and baby cot can be available.

On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy swimming in a pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
