Villa Aktea 7 is located in the small and idyllic town of Splitska, on the island of Brač. This place has never been overcrowded, which is great news for all those guests who want a peaceful vacation on the coast. The two words that describe Split are port and stone because the coastal port position and the Brač tradition of stonemasonry in historical periods have marked the life of this place. The villa was built in a modern style of construction in 2016, has 229 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 425 m2. It is 600 meters from the nearest pebble beach, and in the town of Supetar, which is only 6 km from Splitska, there are cafes, markets, and a nightclub. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number of guests is 6.

The ground floor has a modern kitchen, a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and a beautifully decorated living room that includes two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. The sofa serves as an extra bed for two people. On the ground floor, there is a small office with a table and chair, and a separate room with a washing machine and iron. Also, with prior agreement, additional content is a feeder and baby cot, if you and the youngest come on vacation.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. From one of the listed bedrooms, you can enjoy the view of the clear blue sea.

You will find pleasant refreshments during the hot summer days on the outdoor terrace in the pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

Inside the yard of Villa Aktea 7 there are two private parking spaces, while outside it there is another.

This villa is part of a quiet complex of 6 villas, which are ideal for family vacations with children.

For centuries, Split has been known as an ideal holiday destination, as evidenced by numerous summer houses. The most famous of them are Cerinić's castle and two built at the beginning of the 20th century - Fink's palace and Villa Ilirija.
