Your stay in Villa Allis

Villa Allis is located in Tučepi, on the Makarska Riviera. This place is known as an ideal tourist destination for families with children, and also for all lovers of active holidays such as cycling, hiking, or climbing. Tučepi offers every guest a pleasant holiday, whether you come with family or a group of best friends. Villa Allis is located in a quiet location where you will have the opportunity to escape from the hectic lifestyle and completely relax in peace and quiet.

Villa Allis was built in a rustic style and renovated in 2016. It offers 190 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 500 m2. It is 650 meters away from the nearest sea and the pebble beach 'Slatine', and only 5 km from the town of Makarska, where there are many cafes, restaurants, and shops where you will find everything you need.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 11 and optimally 10 people. The villa consists of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining room, and a fireplace, while on the first floor there is a spacious living room consisting of a sofa, TV, coffee table, and has access to the balcony. Upstairs there is one bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, terrace, another kitchen and dining room with table for 10 people.

On the second floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 more bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and there are two more bathrooms with showers. From one room you will be able to enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. On the balconies, there are tables and chairs where you can have your morning coffee reading the newspaper or your favorite reading material.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 34 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 4 deck chairs.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and if children come on holiday with you, a feeder and baby cot are available.

Pets are allowed in the villa (maximum 3), which will delight all those dog owners.

Fans of active holidays will be delighted by the fitness room with basic exercise equipment, and the villa also has 4 bicycles that you can use during your stay. With them, you will be able to relax explore this peaceful place, and enjoy nature rides. In the open yard, there is a children's playground where the youngest will enjoy playing and having fun.

Also, in front of the villa there is sitting garden furniture where you can enjoy socializing and drinking afternoon coffee, and at the same time enjoy the view of untouched nature and greenery. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill and an outdoor dining table.

There are also 4 private parking spaces inside the yard.

Villa Allis also has a garden with home-grown vegetables and fruits that guests can try during their stay. This is a facility that provides an unforgettable experience and the opportunity to see how to live and eat in Tučepi and its surroundings.

Guests can expect a welcome pack of local products such as homemade prosciutto, cheese, wine, and bread.

Be sure to visit Biokovo, a mountain located in the background of the Makarska Riviera, it is a paradise for nature lovers and offers a variety of hiking and mountaineering trails. You will also be delighted by Skywalk Biokovo, a belvedere located at an altitude of 1228 meters above sea level, which offers a view of the sea and islands. When the days are sunny and windy, you can also see Italy from the lookout point, and walking through the clear glass outside the edge of the cliff will allow you to experience the Biokovo rocks from a bird's eye view.
