Modernly built villa Alloro is located in Muntrilj, Istria, only 14 km from the town of Pazin. It is ideal for families with children or a group of friends who want to have a quiet and pleasant holiday.

The villa was built in 2021 and offers guests 135 m2 of living space. The maximum number of guests that can stay in it is 6, it is fully air conditioned and has 3 bedrooms.

On the upper floor there are two of the three bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and en suite bathrooms, and there is a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee.

The third bedroom is located on the lower floor, and it also contains a double bed and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms also have a TV. The ground floor has a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, and from the living room you can go directly to the outdoor terrace.

You can prepare your favorite dishes for your family in the fully equipped kitchen, while next to it there is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people and a romantic fireplace. Coffee lovers will be delighted by the Nespresso machine and the filter coffee machine.

On the outdoor terrace there is a garden furniture, perfect for drinking morning coffee, then a heated pool of 32 m2, and you can use towels, and next to the pool there is a shower. You will sunbathe on 6 deckchairs next to which there is an umbrella.

In addition to the kitchen, you can prepare meat or fish specialties on the outdoor gas grill, and try them on the outdoor dining table. Also, on the covered terrace there is a sitting set.

Additional facilities at Villa Alloro include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a feeder and baby cot. The villa is fully air conditioned, has free Internet, games for children (Uno, Jump) and books are available.

Outside the courtyard of the villa there are two parking spaces for your tin pets, and the courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and decorated with olive trees.

Next to Villa Alloro there is also Villa Oliva, and together they form the complex Villa Alloro & Oliva, ideal for larger groups of guests. The villa Alloro is located within the complex "Villeverdiistriane".
