Villa Althea 2 is located 10 km south of the city of Pula, in Medulin, which is known as the center of tourist life. The place itself can be easily spotted from afar because of the two white bell towers of the church of St. Agnes. Medulin has everything necessary for the functioning of a tourist resort: with its mild Mediterranean climate, clear sea and indented coast, it meets all the conditions for the vacation of numerous guests who visit this beautiful place every year. It was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style and offers its guests 400 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 500 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (180x200), and the villa is fully air-conditioned. Each of the mentioned bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
In the living room, you will find a sofa, TV, romantic fireplace, and an armchair. Near the living room is the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and there is also a modern kitchen where you will enjoy preparing delicious meals for your loved ones.
On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself in the 40 m2 infinity pool with a depth of 1.45 meters. Next to the swimming pool, there is a sunbathing area with 8 deckchairs where you can relax your body and soul while resting and soaking up the warm rays of the sun. There is also an outdoor electric grill and a summer kitchen on the terrace, and you can also use an outdoor dining table.
From villa Althea 2 you will enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea while drinking your morning coffee in the company of family and friends.
As an additional feature, there is also a washing machine and an iron, and on request, it is possible to prepare a feeder and a baby cot.
The courtyard of the villa offers 2 private places, and with prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to organize a boat mooring.
