Beautiful apartment Anica is located in Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town. Here you can find the smallest cathedral in the world and the coronation church of St. Nicholas, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world ? the Queen's beach. Nin has the longest sandy beach in Croatia and eight kilometers of beautiful coastline. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the town you will find the famous healing mud and the Nin saltworks. Nin has a rich cultural treasure and remarkably beautiful surroundings. It is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a week of absolute relaxation and at the same time enjoy various sports activities, including water activities, which are an indispensable experience. Moreover, the center of the county and the pearl of the Adriatic ? the city of Zadar ? is only 17 km away. Apartment Anica is 150 m² in size and consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, the second with a double bed and the third with a double bed that can be separated according to the guest's needs. The apartment is ideal for 6+2 people (the additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room). The bedrooms are modernly furnished, spacious and air-conditioned. There are also two bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and opens to the dining area and cozy living room. Outside the apartment you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue facilities, where you can spend many pleasant hours preparing fresh meals with your family and friends. The biggest advantage of the apartment is its private jetty, where guests can swim in the beautiful sea. Moreover, the jetty can also be used to moor a boat (on request). Due to its beautiful location, Apartment Anica is the perfect choice for those who want to regain peace and joy of life, yet enjoy an active vacation. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 22 or younger. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be rejected after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

Marko and Zivka (the owners) live above and were very friendly and helpful throughout (we even benefitted from a very generous amount of home grown cherries over the two weeks!). Great accommodation, lovely place
We had a fantastic holiday in Nin The accommodation was excellent. The apartment is spacious and fitted out to a very high standard. The terrace has a good sized dining table with great views over the water. Marko and Zivka (the owners) live above and were very friendly and helpful throughout (we even benefitted from a very generous amount of home grown cherries over the two weeks!). The apartment doesn’t have a pool but that suited us - we prefer the beach and not having to worry about young children around a pool. Nin is a very picturesque small town and not over-developed in any way. The beach was great, very clean, good amenities and the water is very shallow for 100m+ (perfect for small children). It’s also very good for windsurfing and kite boarding. The view is also very attractive with a large bay, no high rise development and the mountains in the background. We tended to use the town beach, not the Queens Beach with the medicinal mud - we found it more convenient and easier for kids. Nin has about 15 restaurants. The menus are all very similar (grilled fish or meat, pizza and pasta) and the food was generally good. We went at the end of May and the town was relatively quiet but still had enough atmosphere. It’s very laid back and worked well for young kids - if you want nightlife then it’s probably not for you. We did eat out in Zadar a few times and the food was very good and the town / city well worth a visit. We also enjoyed a good lunch in Pag and a trip to Krka national park
