The luxury complex of two villas: Amaya 1 & Amaya 2, is located in Podstrana, a beautiful tourist spot only 14 km from the city of Split. This complex is a combination of two beautiful villas that will be ideal for larger groups of guests who want to rest their bodies and souls and escape from the hectic lifestyle.
Built in 2023 in a contemporary style of construction, with a view of the Adriatic Sea, this complex opens its doors for a maximum of 16, and optimally 14 people. Guests have 360 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is as much as 1160 m2. The villas are 530 meters from the pebble beach of Sv. Martin, which is an excellent opportunity to swim and enjoy the sea.
There are 7 bedrooms with 7 double beds and 7 bathrooms with showers at your disposal. You will be especially delighted by the fact that the villa has a view of the sea from all the bedrooms, as well as from the outdoor terrace where the swimming pool is located.
On the ground floor of each villa there is a beautifully decorated living room with a corner sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Next to the living room there is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. A modern kitchen with a bar and 6 bar stools will be an ideal place for cooking and preparing meals for all household members.
The outdoor terrace offers you a pleasant refreshment in two heated pools of size 21 m2 and a depth of 1.6 meters, and 28 m2 and a depth of 1.6 meters. Additional functionality of both pools is electrolysis, and the pools are heated only from 01.05. – 31.10.
Next to the pool, on the sun deck, there are deckchairs for resting and enjoying the sun, and you can also use a charcoal or wood grill.
Additional facilities available are a washing machine, dryer and iron, and 2 separate toilets. As an additional bed for two people, there is also a couch (220x240).
The fenced yard of the villa offers 6 private parking spaces.
Podstrana, in addition to being known for its cultural heritage, wine and olives, is also known for its rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches that stretch along the 9 km long coast. Lovers of sports and recreation can enjoy all water activities here, such as: beach volleyball, indoor soccer or tennis.
Split is the second largest city in Croatia and one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast. It is known for numerous historical monuments that bear witness to the stormy and interesting past of this city. Visitors can see Diocletian's Palace (the heart of Split), the Cathedral of St. Duje, church of St. Frane, peristyle, monastery of St. Ante, city cellars and many other historical sights.
