Your stay in Villa Amaya 2

The luxury villa Amaya 2 is located in Podstrana, a beautiful tourist destination only 14 km from the city of Split. It is excellent for all lovers of modern architecture, and for all those who want to afford a luxurious vacation in peace and quiet!

Built in 2023 in a contemporary style of construction, and with a view of the Adriatic Sea, this villa opens its doors for a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number of people is 6. Guests have 140 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is 480 m2. The villa is 530 meters from the pebble beach of Sv. Martin, which is an excellent opportunity to swim and enjoy the sea.

On the upper floor, guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each of which contains a double bed measuring 180x200. One of the listed three rooms is a master room with an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin, and has access to a large terrace. One bathroom with a shower cabin is shared by the other two rooms. You will be especially delighted by the fact that all bedrooms in the villa have a view of the sea, as well as from the outdoor terrace where the swimming pool is located.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated living room with a corner sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Next to the living room there is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. A modern kitchen with a bar and 2 bar stools will be an ideal place for cooking and preparing meals for all household members.

The outdoor terrace offers you a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool of 21 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Additional functionality of the pool is electrolysis, and it is heated only from 01.05. – 31.10. Next to the pool, on the sunbathing area, there are 6 deck chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sun, and you can also use a charcoal or wood grill.

Additional facilities available are washing machine, dryer and iron, and 1 separate toilet. As an additional bed for two people, there is also a couch (220x240).

The fenced yard of the villa offers 3 private parking spaces.

Podstrana, in addition to being known for its cultural heritage, wine and olives, is also known for its rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches that stretch along the 9 km long coast. Lovers of sports and recreation can enjoy all water activities here, such as: beach volleyball, indoor soccer or tennis.

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast. It is known for numerous historical monuments that bear witness to the stormy and interesting past of this city. Visitors can see Diocletian's Palace (the heart of Split), the Cathedral of St. Duje, church of St. Frane, peristyle, monastery of St. Ante, city cellars and many other historical sights.

Next to villa Amaya 2 is its sister villa Amaya 1. Both villas can be rented separately or together as a complex of two villas for larger groups of guests (max. 16 people).
