This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa boasts 6 airy and pleasantly furnished bedrooms equipped with double beds. In two rooms the double bed can be separated into two single beds to fit the needs of the guests. Alongside that, guests also have two extra beds at their disposal as well as 4 spacious bathrooms with a shower enclosure and two separate toilets. Villa Ambar thus provides accommodation for 12 to 14 guests, which can use not one, but two separate and fully equipped kitchens, two separate dining areas and a comfortable living room during their stay. Stone and wood dominate the rich interior of the villa, which is also filled with interesting, eye-catching details, successfully combining rustic with modern and minimalist. Refreshment is available in the outdoor swimming pool with a waterfall that can be both heated and cooled and is also equipped with a counter current-swim device. Es gibt 6 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer (für je 2 Personen) und ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Klimatisierung. Die 4 Bäder und 2 Gäste-WC waren sauber und ordentlich. Die beiden sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen bieten genügend Möglichkeiten zum Kochen. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine schöne Grillecke (komplett überdacht), eine großen Kü......

Die Villa ist toll ausgestattet und hat uns 8 Männern genügend Platz geboten. Der große Grill im Aussenbereich war mehrmals im Einsatz. Toller Urlaub bei netten Vermietern, nochmal Danke!

Waren mit 13 Personen in der Villa und hatten eine gute Zeit. Der Kontakt zum sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter war sehr nett mit kurzen Antwortzeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Villa ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet, allerdings darf man an einigen Stellen nicht ganz genau hinschauen. Die eine oder andere Zarge wackelt, manche Toilettendeckel etwas wackelig, ein feuchter Fleck an der Wohnzimmerdecke und die Gegenstromanlage funktionierte bei uns auch nicht. Ansonsten ist fast alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Great place with very accomodating hosts. Super clean and comfortable villa. Standout feature is the outdoor area - enormous pool area, outdoor eating areas, tennis, basketball, boules, table tennis. Amazing for large groups!

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen ! Sehr nette Vermieter !Waren mit der Big Familie da von ganz Jung bis ganz alt und es war für jeden ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Anwesen hat fast alles was das Herz begehrt !Eine Bocciabahn und Tennisplatz sogar mit Flutlicht !Tischtennis ,Dart und Billard !In der Garage standen sogar ein paar Fitnessgeräte Das Haus ist sehr schön und toll aufgeteilt es sind 7 Schlafzimmer davon eines ohne Klima ohne TV aber die restlichen haben alles !TV leider keine deutschen Programme !Sogar die Außenterrasse (Untersitz) hat einen Mega TV !Also alles in allem sehr schön und wir würden wieder hinfahren!MfG Wörl Thomas

Eine schöne Villa, bestens für Familien geeignet! Wir hatten die Villa für 14 Personen gebucht (7 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) und alle hatten ausreichend Platz. Es gibt 6 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer (für je 2 Personen) und ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Klimatisierung. Die 4 Bäder und 2 Gäste-WC waren sauber und ordentlich. Die beiden sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen bieten genügend Möglichkeiten zum Kochen. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine schöne Grillecke (komplett überdacht), eine großen Kühlschrank sowie ein Waschbecken mit Warm- und Kaltwasseranschluss. Der beheizte Pool wird regelmäßig ca. aller 5 Tage gereinigt. Handtücher und/oder Bettwäsche wurde nach einer Woche getauscht (der Villenmanager kündigt sich dazu 2-3 Tage vorher telefonisch an).
