The villa is built in a rustic style, and its total area is 300 m2 spread over 2 floors. Accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 10 people. It has a total of 5 bedrooms, on the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna and one walk-in closet.
The ground floor of the villa has a modern kitchen, dining room, additional toilet and a spacious living room decorated in Mediterranean style. In the living room there is a TV screen and DVD for maximum enjoyment in the evening relaxation with a good movie. In the basement there is another living room with billiard table, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom.
In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is a large, heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.60 m. In the covered part of the yard there is a beautiful jacuzzi where you can relax in the hot afternoon. There is also an outdoor grill where you can prepare local Dalmatian specialties. Inside the courtyard of the villa there is one parking space at your disposal.
