Your stay in Villa Artemis

Luxury villa Artemis is located on the sunny island of Solta. This villa will provide you with a wonderful vacation that you have the opportunity to spend with your family or group of friends, and is a true oasis of peace and quiet. The modern luxury of Villa Artemis will allow you complete relaxation and enjoyment in the company of dear people. The special feature of this villa is that it is located only 7 m from the bright and clean sea where you can enjoy diving and swimming.

Accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people. The villa has 265 m2 of living space and is fully air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) located on the upper floor, one of which is a studio apartment with a sofa bed, and if you need an extra bed, you can use a sofa for two people (140x180). The villa has 3 bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub (one ordinary and one en suite), and the third has a shower, and there are two separate toilets. Extras include a baby cot, washing machine and iron.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a sofa, coffee table, TV and a romantic fireplace. Near the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. The view that will be provided to you while you enjoy your favorite dishes will leave you breathless because Villa Artemis has a view of the sea and untouched nature.

On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and a pool of 26 m2, depth 1.4 m, and next to it there are 4 sun loungers. You can use the 2 outdoor dining tables, where you will be surrounded by the sun and a soothing sea view. Two deck chairs and an umbrella will greet you by the beach, just a few meters below the villa where you will be able to enjoy sunbathing and reading your favorite reading material.

Villa Artemis is fully fenced, rented all year round, has a garage and 4 private parking spaces, and if you come by your own boat with prior arrangement can be arranged berth.

Fun content that will delight both younger and older people are SUP and 2 electric bicycles at no extra charge.

From the city of Split you will reach the island of Solta by ferry in an hour or by catamaran in just half an hour and you will find yourself in a beautiful oasis of untouched nature. Explore the many bays where you can enjoy the view, beauty and peace of Solta beaches, and the island of Solta offers a handful of activities if you are a fan of active holidays, such as cycling, hiking, boating and kayaking, and diving with an instructor.
