Built-in 2022 with a contemporary style of construction, Villa Arya provides 480 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1700 m2. Villa Arya is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
On the ground floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. Also on the ground floor, there is a laundry room which includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and a smaller living room where you can enjoy watching TV.
Upstairs is a large living room that includes a sofa, bench seat, coffee table, and TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 12 people, and a modern kitchen that will be an ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes for the whole family or a larger group of friends. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms with 2 single beds and two en suite bathrooms with showers, with some of the bathrooms having a bathtub, and the villa contains 3 separate toilets.
In the basement, there is a fitness room, where fans of active holidays will be able to exercise, a dressing room, a sauna for complete relaxation of body and mind, and a cinema hall where all ages will be able to enjoy the best movies. There is also an entertainment room where you can play billiards, table tennis or darts. There is also a dining table with wooden benches, a wine cellar, a TV, and another small kitchen.
The outdoor terrace will leave you breathless thanks to the heated pool of 55 m2 and 1.5 m deep, which includes a children's pool of 22 m2 and 0.4 m deep. The pool has a jacuzzi, and next to it there are 8 sun loungers. On the terrace, there is a minibar next to the pool, and a covered outdoor dining table next to which there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal.
There will certainly be no lack of entertainment because in the yard of Villa Arya there is a basketball, football and volleyball court where you will have the opportunity to play some of these sports. For the youngest, there is a children's playground with swings and a slide, and a Playstation. If necessary, a baby cot and high chair are available.
