Villa Astra Zaton is located in Zaton, which is famous as a famous tourist place, which is only 2 km away from the historical town of Nin. This modern beauty will provide you with much-needed rest for body and soul, where you will be able to enjoy your annual vacation in the company of family or friends.
The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 200 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 700 m2. It is 600 meters from the nearest sea and beach, which is an excellent opportunity to swim and dive into the depths of the Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and which also have their own en suite bathrooms with showers.
In the living room you will find a corner sofa, a coffee table and two stools. Next to the living room is a separate room with a sofa, which is ideal for resting or reading your favorite books.
There is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 6, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family.
On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 34 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to it, there are 6 sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy good company. You don't have to dine only in the dining room inside the villa, but you can also do it at the outside dining table, where there is also seating.
The yard of the villa is completely fenced and you can use 2 parking spaces, while there are two more outside. The villa also has a charger for an electric car.
Additional facilities that you will be able to use during your stay are a washing machine, dryer and iron. Likewise, there is 1 separate toilet, and if necessary, a feeder and a baby cot are available.
