In its 236 m2 of living space, villa Athena houses 4 spacious bedrooms equipped with a comfortable double bed. Each room also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure. Together with their bathrooms, three of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Furthermore, the guests of the villa have two additional sleeping arrangements available, a sofa bed and a mattress, making the villa ideal for 8 + 2 guests. The remaining bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor ensuring maximum comfort.

The spacious ground floor of the villa consists of a modern, minimalist kitchen equipped with everything guests might need during their stay, a beautiful dining area and a comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV, stunning fireplace, regal LED lighting and home cinema speakers. Here, you will also find a children’s playroom with a TV, PlayStation console and a variety of entertaining games. The ground floor further houses a storage room and a separate toilet.

The living room and bedroom located on the ground floor provide direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful,pool (width: 5.5m, length: 11.5m, depth: 1.5m). Guests can seek refreshment in the pool with underwater illumination while taking in the unforgettable view of the magnificent Mediterranean nature and sparkling sea at any time of day or night. Comfortable sun loungers are located beside the pool. Included in the offer of the villa are two outdoor jacuzzies, one on the ground floor terrace and the other on the upper covered terrace next to cozy seating area.
