Villa Ava is located in Novigrad, only 30 km from the city of Zadar. Thanks to its position in a sea bay surrounded by crystal clear water, Novigrad is considered one of the most picturesque places in Dalmatia. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, and you are also a tennis fan, this villa offers you both.
Villa Ava was built with a modern style of construction, and will delight you with its beautifully decorated interior that will leave you breathless! The total area of the property is 1037 m2, and it is only 70 meters away from the nearest sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be arranged in 4 bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and there are two bathrooms with showers.
On the ground floor, there is a wine cellar where you will have the opportunity to try delicious drops of wine, a PlayStation room where the youngest will be able to have fun, and there are also table football, darts, and a massage chair. On the upper floor, you will find a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, and a romantic fireplace. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. On the upper floor, there is a wellness room with a sauna and jacuzzi, where you can relax body and soul in peace and quiet.
Villa Ava has a view of the Adriatic Sea, and on the terrace, you will be greeted by a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it, there are 10 deck chairs where you can sunbathe and read your favorite book. There is also an outdoor dining table, outdoor garden furniture, outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and a summer kitchen.
Fans of active holidays will enjoy playing tennis in front of the villa, where a large tennis court awaits you, while inside the villa there is a gym with several basic exercise equipment.
Additional facilities of Villa Ava consist of 1 separate toilet, two separate showers, a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
The yard of the villa is fully fenced, and outside it, there are 4 parking spaces.
Novigrad is also known for its fortress - Fortica, centuries ago, is a guardian and witness to its rich past and enviable cultural development. Its location, naturally hidden from urban crowds, but not overly remote or cut off, has made Novigrad a place where it is possible to stop time and create moments to remember.
