The luxury villa complex Beachfront Sun 1 & Beachfront Sun 2 is located in the village of Ražanj, not far from the famous tourist town of Rogoznica. This complex, which consists of two villas, is located only 20 meters from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea and is ideal for larger groups of guests. Guests will be distributed in 9 bedrooms containing 8 double beds, and one bedroom has 1 single bed. The complex also has 6 bathrooms with shower cabins and 2 separate toilets. You have 636 m2 of living space at your disposal, and the total area of the property is 900 m2.
Each villa has a living room with a couch, coffee table, and TV, as well as a dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends, and an outdoor terrace.
Villa Beachfront Sun 1 has an outdoor terrace with a heated pool of 25 m2 and 1.45 meters deep. Next to the pool, there are 6 deckchairs where you can rest and relax undisturbed, and on the terrace, there is also an outdoor grill on wood or coal. You can try the food on the outside covered dining table, and during the evening you can refresh yourself in the pool in the company of your loved ones.
Villa Beachfront Sun 2 also has a heated pool of 30 m2, 1.45 meters deep, next to which there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing and an outdoor covered dining table. Likewise, there is also an outdoor wood or charcoal grill.
The yard of Beachfront Sun Villa 1 is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, with two more outside the yard, while the yard of Beachfront Sun Villa 2 has 2 private parking spaces and two more outside.
If you arrive by your own boat, there is a mooring for the boat at your disposal: at the location where the mooring is located, the depth of the sea is 7 meters.
Additional facilities that you can use during your stay are a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
There are 4 SUPs in the villa, two of which can be used as a Kayak.
The water taxi is available during summertime. It reaches Rogoznica - a tourist spot - within 15 minutes with excellent restaurants and a nice promenade.
Ražanj is an ideal place for a peaceful family vacation in untouched nature. In Rogoznica, a place located near Ražanj, you can enjoy numerous parties organized during the summer, and for all-night entertainment, we recommend the popular discotheque "Aurora" near Primošten. Sports and recreation lovers can enjoy fishing, diving, cycling, various water sports, and many other activities.
