The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bathrooms with shower cabins. Also, as additional content, there is a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can also use 1 separate toilet.
In the living room there are two couches, a coffee table, and a TV, and right next to the living room is one bedroom and a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. The kitchen has a bar with 3 more bar stools, and the kitchen is modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for family and friends.
The outdoor terrace will delight you thanks to the heated swimming pool of 30 m2, 1.45 meters deep, next to which there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing and an outdoor covered dining table. In the same way, you will not have to prepare the dish only inside the kitchen, but you can also use the outdoor grill on wood or coal.
The yard of the Beachfront Sun 2 villa is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces, and there are two more outside the yard.
If you arrive by your own boat, there is a mooring for the boat at your disposal: at the location where the mooring is located, the depth of the sea is 7 meters.
There are 2 SUP in the villa, one of which can be used as a Kayak.
The water taxi is available during summertime. It reaches Rogoznica - a tourist spot - within 15 minutes with excellent restaurants and a nice promenade.
Ražanj is an ideal place for a peaceful family vacation in untouched nature. The village is excellent for those who want to enjoy relaxed and intimate summer holidays. The sea is clean and ideal for swimming. Above the beach is a beautifully landscaped promenade where you can enjoy an evening stroll.
