The complex of villas Bohemian 1 & Bohemian 2 is located on the beautiful island of Brač, in the town of Selca, which is visited every year by a large number of guests who are looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation.
Together, both villas provide you with 790 m2 of living space, which will be more than enough to make your vacation completely perfect. Guests will be accommodated in 8 bedrooms with double beds, and 8 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are at your disposal.
The luxurious interior of each villa will offer you a spacious living room that includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and stools, and of course there is also a TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a fully equipped kitchen with a work bar, where you can prepare your favorite meals for the whole family and friends. The villa is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers, high-speed internet and an indoor fireplace.
With direct access to the sea and a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, the exterior of the villa has a beautiful garden, while on the terrace of each villa there is an illuminated heated pool of 30 m2 and 40.5 m2. The villa also has an outdoor summer kitchen with stove and grill, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Likewise, on the terrace there is an outdoor dining table for eight people, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Adriatic Sea. Next to the swimming pool there is also a sunbathing area with deckchairs where you can enjoy the silence reading your favorite book or drinking your morning coffee.
The villas boast an impressive range of facilities, including a professional kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and gym located on the ground floor.
The closest airport is Brač airport which has international flights and is only few kilometers away.
Guests can also enjoy a range of outdoor activities, including three bicycles, two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board.
