The luxurious interior will offer you a spacious living room that includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and stools, and of course there is also a TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a fully equipped kitchen with a work bar, where you can prepare your favorite meals for the whole family and friends. The villa is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers, high-speed internet and an indoor fireplace.
With direct access to the sea and a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains, the exterior of the villa has a beautiful garden, while on the terrace there is an illuminated heated pool of 30 m2. The villa also has an outdoor summer kitchen with stove and grill, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Likewise, on the terrace there is an outdoor dining table for eight people, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Adriatic Sea.
