Luxury villa California is located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the town of Grab, approximately 15 km from the town of Ljubuški. With its captivating exterior, it will delight you at first sight, and it is ready to provide more than you can imagine!
Built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, this fully air-conditioned villa provides accommodation for a maximum of 12 people, who will have 600 m2 of living space and 6000 m2 of total property at their disposal. You will be accommodated in 6 bedrooms with double beds, 4 of which have dimensions (180x200), and the remaining 2 have dimensions (200x200). Three rooms have their own en suite bathrooms with showers, and the villa has three more bathrooms, also with showers.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal two living rooms with a couch, coffee table and TV, two kitchens that are equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. Of course, there are also two dining rooms with a dining table. Villa California has a large, spacious balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee, socializing or reading your favorite book. You will also be able to enjoy the view of the large yard, the flowers and the soothing greenery.
On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the heated pool of 75 m2, 1.5 - 2.2 meters deep. Next to the pool there are 12 deckchairs for sunbathing, where you can rest your body and soul. Next to the villa there is also a covered outdoor table for eating and evening socializing, an outdoor gas grill, and next to it you can play table tennis.
Additional equipment includes a washing machine, dryer and iron, and you can also use 4 toilets.
The yard is big enough for children to play and have fun without worry. With prior agreement and upon request, it is also possible to drive a Quad.
