Located in a picturesque place Petrčane, only 10 m away from the sparkling sea, the elegant Villa Calla waits for you. Thanks to the ideal position of the villa, you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the stunning sea view. With a living space of 160 m, villa Calla provides accommodation for a total of 8 guests, there are 4 airy bedrooms furnished with double beds, three of which are located on the upper floor together with two bathrooms, both of which have a shower enclosure. The open concept ground floor of the villa consists of a minimalist, modern kitchen, a cosy dining area, a sun-soaked living room and a bedroom. There is also a separate toilet at the guests’ disposal. The interior of Villa Calla exudes timeless elegance with various elements in classical pastel shades, inviting you to put your feet up and relax. The fully enclosed garden of 600 m2 features a beautiful heated pool (8x3) making the villa a great choice for both summer and winter holiday. There are also sun loungers by the pool if you are in the mood for sunbathing as well as an outdoor gas barbecue for daily preparation of fresh and healthy meals. There are 2 private parking spaces at your disposal. Choose Villa Calla in Petrčane for your holiday, bask in the sun on sandy and pebble beaches in nearby Zadar, Nin, Vir and numerous other fantastic locations within your reach. The towns of Zadar and Nin will delight you with rich cultural heritage and landmarks as well as bars and restaurants, not to mention their truly spectacular gastronomic and tourist offer. Interesting summer programmes that include a large number of concerts, festivals, fairs and various other events are the main feature of the summer season in this part of Dalmatia.
