The beautiful villa Canalia is located in the small fishing and tourist town of Pisak, which is located between Omiš and Makarska. Also, nearby is a famous tourist destination on the Adriatic - the city of Split. This place is known for its beautifully landscaped sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches, and those who are keen on sports and an active holiday can enjoy surfing, sailing, diving, rafting, and kayaking on Cetina in Pisak.

Villa Canalia was built in 2022 in a contemporary style of construction that will completely delight you, especially because from its terrace you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. It offers its guests 240 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It is 1.2 km from the nearest sea, and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. The villa is air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, while the optimal number is 8. There are 4 bedrooms available, two of which have 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed, and two rooms have two double beds. Each of the bedrooms has 4 en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom is on the first floor, and the remaining 3 are on the second floor.

On the first floor, you will relax in the living room, which has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and an armchair. Close to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and where you can cook delicious meals for family and friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The dining room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the blue sea and the islands.

The outdoor terrace contains an overflow heated pool of 40 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to it, there are 8 sunbeds where you will surely enjoy resting and sunbathing. You can also prepare meals on the outdoor gas grill, and you can try them on the outdoor dining table.

On the top floor of Villa Canalia, there is a fitness room with bicycles, and the entertainment facilities available are table football and table tennis, which are located on the outdoor terrace.

Additional facilities in the villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Likewise, the couch serves as an additional bed for 2 people (160x200). If necessary, a feeder and a cot are available for children.

The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, and there is also a charger for electric cars.

The villa also offers massage on request and full concierge services such as transfer organization services, private boat or yacht tours, private chef, and grocery delivery.

Pisak is the most beautiful village on the entire Omiš Riviera, with the old part of the village located directly by the sea, in a well-protected harbor. Pisak is located far below the main road, almost without traffic in the center of the town, which is ideal for families with small children.
