Villa Casa di Dubrovnik was built in a rustic style in 2006, has 523 m2 of living space and is 100 meters from the nearest beach. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, whether it is a large family or a larger group of friends. The villa consists of the ground floor, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

On the ground floor of this rustic beauty, there is a garage with 5 private parking spaces, staff space, a large kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals of your choice, and on the ground floor, there is an elevator.

On the 1st floor, there is a living room that includes a sofa, table, and TV, from which you can directly go to the outdoor terrace. There are also two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, an auxiliary toilet, and a small kitchen. The dining room has a dining table for 14 people.

On the 2nd floor, there is another living room, two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, an auxiliary toilet, another smaller kitchen, and an entrance to the garden.

Two smaller apartments with living rooms are located on the 3rd floor. There is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a covered terrace with an outdoor table and chairs with 10 seats.

What will especially delight you is the fact that Villa Casa di Dubrovnik has a sea view from all rooms, except bathrooms and toilets.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a swimming pool measuring 2.25 x 4.5 m and a depth of 1.5 meters. In addition to the pool, there is a jacuzzi located in the extension of the pool, and next to them there are four sun loungers, and additional sun loungers can be brought by prior arrangement.

On the terrace, there is an outdoor gas grill where you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes such as meat or fish, of course with the addition of olive oil. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the clear sea, the city of Dubrovnik, and its surroundings, and the villa is surrounded by untouched nature that will leave you breathless.

The villa is located in a unique location, access to the beach is 100 m from the house, and attractions and local activities that will interest every guest are wine tours, water sports, Game of Thrones tour, Quad safari on Srđ, Zipline, Dubrovnik Summer Games in July and August and many others.
