The beautiful villa Castanea, located in a small tourist town Ičići in the Kvarner Bay, will provide you with the long-awaited vacation you deserve. It is located 5 km from the city of Opatija, and only 15 km from the city of Rijeka. Newly built and modernly equipped villa Castanea, with its 150 m2 of living space, offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 guests. The villa is fully air conditioned and has 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), two of which have en suite bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other has a shower. The villa also has a third separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The spacious living room includes a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table that has 8 seats. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that will be of great use to you while making your favorite dishes and meals for your family and friends. Villa Castanea has a view of the bright and clear sea from the living room and from the two bedrooms.

On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 32 m2, 1.6 m deep, which has a massage function. In it you will be able to pleasantly refresh yourself during the day or night, and next to it you can relax and sunbathe on 6 deck chairs. Next to the outdoor dining table with 8 seats there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, which is a great opportunity to show off your culinary skills in preparing meat or delicious fish.

Entertainment content that is also available to you are satellite TV and books, while the youngest will be delighted by the trampolines and Playstation 5. Next to the pool there is also an outdoor seating area where you can have your morning coffee or read your favorite reading material.

As additional facilities, you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron in the villa. If you are accompanied by children, a baby cot and high chair are available.

Ičići is known for its beach, which is located in its center, and consists of sand and concrete. A special feature of this place is the famous Lungomare - a promenade that was built in 1885 by the Austrian Emperor Francis Joseph I. It is 12 km long, and is most beautiful at night because it is illuminated and is ideal for romantic night walks.
