Your stay in Villa Castello Sutivan

Villa Castello Sutivan is located in a beautiful location in the charming town of Sutivan on the island of Brač, offering a perfect view of the Brač channel and the nature that surrounds it. The town of Sutivan has been delighting for years with its fantastic tourist offer, which will lead you to spend your days in nature exploring the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the island of Brač.

This contemporary villa was built in 2022 and offers its guests 190 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 305 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), and 2 sofa beds (140x200 and 130x200) are provided as an additional bed for two additional people. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a covered loggia with a view of the sea, smart TV, armchairs and desks. One room has an additional fridge in the room and a sofa bed.

The living room is equipped with designer furniture from a well-known Croatian furniture factory, a modular sofa, armchairs, several coffee tables and antique pieces of furniture for comfortable television viewing. There are numerous works of art: sculptures and paintings. A special feature is the original sculpture Girl with a cat - Stivanka, which is located on the waterfront in the town of Sutivan, the work of the academic sculptor Ante Strinić, which has become one of the symbols of the place. There is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen which is connected to an indoor dining area for 6 people and large sliding doors to an outdoor covered area where there is a dining table with 8 seats.

On the outdoor terrace on the ground floor there is a swimming pool with an area of 34 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. Next to the pool there is also an outdoor shower and a sunbathing area with deckchairs. You can also prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes in the outdoor wood and coal fireplace, which is equipped with grilling or baking accessories. In the garden there are several tables and outdoor armchairs where you can enjoy the shade or the sun. The terrace on the second floor is 35 m2, equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and small tables.

Additional content is represented by 2 separate toilets, a washing machine and an iron. The youngest can use a feeder and a cot.

A sauna will provide you with rest for your body and soul, where you will forget about all your problems and simply enjoy.

The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 1 private parking space, while another space is located outside.

What makes Villa Castello Sutivan special is its location in the center of the town, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, in a street that is not busy (cul-de-sac), on a hill from which there is a wonderful view of the town of Sutivan, but also of the Brač channel and the sea from all rooms of the house (rooms, living room, dining room), as well as yards, terrace and loggia. The area where the house is located and the house itself belong to the protected cultural-historical heritage of the Sutivan settlement in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. A special feature of the house is that it is decorated with numerous paintings, sculptures and works of art by Croatian artists, whose works adorn art galleries, cities and squares in Croatia and around the world.
