The beautiful villa Cipicco is located in the Split-Dalmatia County, in the town of Dračevica on the island of Brač. Built in a contemporary construction style, this beautiful villa will provide you with everything you've dreamed of: a peaceful vacation in the company of family and friends.
The villa was built in 2023, it offers its guests 56 m2 of living space, and the area of the property is 173 m2. A maximum of 4 people can stay here, who will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (160x200), and the other room has 2 single beds (90x200). You can also use 1 bathroom with a shower cabin, and as additional content there is a washing machine and an iron.
You will be able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seater dining table. There is also a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a coffee table.
On the outdoor terrace there is a jacuzzi with jets and geysers as an additional function. Next to it is an outdoor shower and deckchairs for sunbathing and resting, and you can always read your favorite book or listen to music. Also, the terrace offers an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, for preparing traditional Dalmatian meat or fish dishes. You will also try them on an outdoor dining table with seating. You will certainly be able to drink your morning coffee on the garden sofa surrounded by flowers.
