Your stay in Villa Costa

Beautiful luxury Villa Costa is located in a small tourist settlement Zaton on the north coast of Dalmatia. Zaton is located between two historic cities - Nin (2km) and Zadar (15km). It abounds in sandy beaches with clear sea, Mediterranean atmosphere, Dalmatian architecture, and has an attractive tourist offer. Modern Villa Costa has four modern air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (180 x 210) and four luxury bathrooms. Two bathrooms are ensuite with shower, the remaining two are ordinary with shower, and one of them has a beautiful relaxing sauna. On the first floor of Villa Costa there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic and Dalmatian islands. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen, a dining room, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the comfortable living room are two leather sofas and a big sofa from which you can enjoy TV or playing PlayStation. The modern equipped kitchen contains all the necessary appliances, and you can serve your meals in the indoor dining room with 8 seats or the outdoor dining room with 6 seats. You can also prepare your meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. From the kitchen and living room you can come directly to the beautiful fairy-tale open yard which is only a few steps away from the sea. You can enjoy the sea view from the heated pool or jacuzzi in the courtyard. The heated pool (4m x 8m x 1.4m), has a beautiful cobra waterfall that contributes to the luxurious look. You can also enjoy the four comfortable sun loungers around the pool. Villa Costa has a total of four parking spaces, two are located outside the yard, and the remaining two places are inside the yard. Thanks to its location in the first row to the sea, Villa Costa provides a wonderful dream-like holiday on the Adriatic! "Pliša" is a sandy beach that is only 15 m away from the villa which is suitable for small children, and is connected to the beach "Ploče" which is suitable for all ages. The beaches offer a rich gastronomic offer with numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as numerous activities for family gatherings. Do not forget to visit the beautiful city of Nin, which has beautiful pebble beaches and a beach with healing mud, and nearby is the city of Zadar, which is known as one of the favourite tourist centres.

Wir durften im Oktober 2023 ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser top ausgestatteten Villa verbringen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann und liegt noch dazu unmittelbar am Meer. Man öffnet die Gartentüre und schon ist man am Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht alle Wünsche und Anliegen des Mieters bzw. der Mieterin zu erfüllen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn jemand eine top Villa sucht, noch dazu so direkt am Meer, so kann ich die Villa Costa sehr empfehlen. Gerhard

A very enjoyable stay
We had a great time at Villa Costa. The house was clean when we arrived, groundfloor spacious, kitchen has all the appliances, the bedrooms are lovely, two of them overlooking the sea. The bathrooms are elegant and comfortable. The garden area is well kept, there is a large enough terrace for 8 people. The swimmingpool is crystal clear, the sea is 10 metres from the house. The house owners were very kind and helpful.

Villa Costa - paradise
The villa is fantastic. The view from the upstairs terraces is breathtaking. The whole house was spotless clean. In a great location, just open the gate and you are at the beach. The beach on front of the house is sandy and very shallow all day, perfect for small kids. Just 5 minutes away is pebble beach which is deep. The only flaw is that the gate to the beach is used by other guests too. We enjoy our stay very much, we would definitely recommend it and comeback! Hana

Urlaub für Familien mit Kleinkinder
Das Haus ist modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und man hat gute Betten. Den fünften Stern würde es bekommen, wenn eine Beschattung vorhanden wäre. Die Sonnenschirme kann man nur verwenden, wenn es der Wind erlaubt. Darüber hinaus, bekommt man nur einen Hausschlüssel. Das erschwert getrennte Aktivitäten bei zwei Familien. Die Espressomaschine entpuppt sich als Nespressofähige Kapselmaschine. Der Pool wurde bei uns nicht beheizt und kühlte während unserer Woche auf max. 23 Grad ab. Auch Privatsphäre ist nicht wirklich gegeben, da die Urlauber aus dem dahinter liegenden Elternhaus den Zugang zum Sandstrand durch den Garten haben. Die Wassertiefe der Bucht ist max. knietief. Also für Urlaub mit Kleinkinder optimal. Wer im Meer schwimmen will, ist hier fehl am Platz. Toll wäre, wenn in der Beschreibung vermerkt würde, dass man die Restzahlung vor Ort mit Karte tätigen kann und man nicht mit mehreren tausend Euro unterwegs sein muss.
