Villa Dajana is located in Podstrana where you will enjoy the sea and beaches that are the main trump card of the classic tourist offer on the Croatian Adriatic, and the fact is that this location is known for the exceptional purity of the sea. Apart from being known for its cultural heritage, wine and olives, the place is also known for its rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches that stretch along the 9 km long coast.

The villa was built in 2017 with a modern style of construction, provides its guests with 220 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 600 m2. The villa is 300 meters away from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity for swimming and diving in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, two sofas, a TV, board games, PlayStation 4, and books. In the modern kitchen, you will prepare your favorite dishes, and you will try them in the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms of which 3 have double beds and one has two single beds. The villa also has 3 bathrooms with showers, and two terraces with seating where you can have your morning coffee with your family or friends.

Additional facilities at Villa Diana include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Also, the villa has 2 separate toilets, a feeder, and a cot. If necessary, there is a folding bed (90x180) that serves as an extra bed.

Villa Dajana also has a romantic jacuzzi where you can enjoy night or day swimming, and you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea from all rooms.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 meters. Next to the pool, on the sun deck, there are 8 deck chairs. You do not have to prepare a meal not only in the kitchen but also on the outdoor terrace on the gas grill.

The yard of Villa Dajana is fully fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.

Podstrana is a small tourist place near the city of Split (8km) located between the river Žrnovica and Mutogras with pebble beaches. Apart from being known for its cultural heritage, wine and olives, the place is also known for its rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches that stretch along the 9 km long coast. Podstrana has long been an interesting place to live, and in the past, there were ancient villae rusticae and Renaissance country houses and palaces.
