Your stay in Villa Delux

Villa Delux is located in the old town of Cavtat, located on the hill of the wooded peninsula of Rat, and is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and evergreen pines and cypresses. Cavtat is a town known for its clear sea, sandy beaches, bays, and is also one of the most sought-after tourist locations in the Dubrovnik area.

Villa Delux, built-in 2021 with a modern style of construction, has 184 m2 of living space, a maximum of eight guests, and is 2 km from the nearest sea and pebble beaches Albatros and Epidaurus.

On the ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa, there is a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, TV, and coffee table. Next to the living room, there is a dining table with eight seats, and a modern kitchen with bar and bar seats. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, and two separate toilets.

On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms which include three en suite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bathtub and is also a master room with sea views. Each of the bedrooms has its own balcony from which you will enjoy the view of the peaceful environment and eye-pleasing greenery located next to the villa.

As additional content, you are offered a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and if you come with children, you can use the feeder and baby cot.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 31.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there are eight sun loungers and an outdoor corner sofa that will be ideal for a morning coffee. What will especially delight you is the covered summer kitchen, which includes an outdoor dining table, an outdoor gas grill, and next to it there is another charcoal or wood grill.

Inside the yard, there are four private parking spaces.
