Villa Diora is located on Klis, a place called the Key of Dalmatia, and it is also known for the fortress of the same name, which is definitely worth a visit. In addition to the magnificent fortress, there are many other potentials in the area; from agritourism, development of eco-ethno villages, adrenaline parks, bicycle paths and the like. If you want to take a break from the fast-paced lifestyle and spend a nice and peaceful vacation with your family or friends, then visit Villa Diora!
The villa was built in 2005, but underwent a complete renovation in 2019. This modernly built villa will provide accommodation for a maximum of 9 people, while the optimal number is 7. With its 180 m2 of living space and 501 m2 of total property, the villa is ready to open its doors to every guest who wants to rest and enjoy! You will be especially delighted by the fact that the villa has a view of the sea from all its rooms.
It is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be accommodated in 4 comfortable bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 1 single bed, and 1 room with 2 single beds. There are three rooms on the upper floor, and one on the lower floor. Likewise, one room has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and there are two more bathrooms with a shower cabin. During your stay you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also one extra bed, and the sofa serves as a bed for one person.
On the top floor of the villa there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of untouched nature and drink your morning coffee.
The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a romantic fireplace and a TV. Right next to the living room is the kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. In the dining room there is a dining table with seats. From the living room you can go directly to the outdoor terrace.
The outdoor terrace contains a heated pool of 20 m2 and a depth of 1.8 meters. Likewise, the children's pool will be ideal for children, and there are 6 deckchairs on the sun deck for resting or reading your favorite book. The outdoor covered dining table is ideal for evening gatherings and good fun.
There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace where you can try your culinary skills and prepare delicious meat or fish dishes for your loved ones.
The courtyard of Villa Diora is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.
The already mentioned Klis fortress also became famous because the popular series Game of Thrones was filmed there, which is why pictures of the fortress traveled all over the world. This fortress is visited annually by almost 40,000 visitors, and the Upper Course of the Jadro River natural reserve is also worth seeing. Visit adrenaline parks and bike paths.
