Your stay in Villa Dolce Vita Korčula

In southern Dalmatia, on the island of Korčula, lies the town of Lumbarda and the villa Dolce Vita Korčula. The villa was built in 2021 in a modern style of construction, has 270 m2 of living space, from the nearest sea, sandy and pebble beach is 1 km away, and it can accommodate a maximum of eight people. The villa consists of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd floor, and has a separate toilet and underfloor heating/cooling.

On the ground floor, there is a laundry room which contains a washing machine and an iron. On the 1st floor, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, of which three rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers, and the villa has another separate bathroom, also with shower.

On the 2nd floor, you will be greeted by a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite and favorite dishes for the whole family. In the dining room, there is a dining table for 8 people. You will relax in the living room, which consists of a sofa, armchair, desk, and TV. The villa has a sea view from the living room and from the two bedrooms. If necessary, in the villa, in one of the bedrooms there is a cot.

On the outdoor terrace you will refresh yourself in the pool of 36 m2, 2.5 m deep, next to which there is a sun deck with 6 deck chairs. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, where you will try your own culinary skills of preparing traditional Dalmatian fish or meat specialties. You will be able to try these dishes on the outdoor dining table.

Pržina Beach is the largest natural sandy beach in Lumbarda, and at the same time on the entire island of Korčula. The beach is located on the south side of this beautiful place, in a bay overlooking the open sea and the island of Lastovo. Each of its visitors comes to the beach because of the clean and clear sea, which is of great importance for both domestic and foreign tourists.

Lumbarda is also known as a small fishing village, which is full of historical sites and remnants of cultural heritage, and it is easiest to reach by ferry from Orebić. The peculiarity and curiosity of this place is the path of specific red sand, which leads from the center of Lumbarda to the vineyards located on the hill.

Guests can take the opportunity to take part in swimming or diving courses, there is also a beach volleyball court, a handball and five-a-side football pitch, and gymnastics.
