Accommodation capacity for a total of 13 people, the villa has 5 rooms with double beds. In one of the rooms, there is another extra bed for one person, and two more extra beds are also available. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and located on the upper floors with a view of the crystal-clear sea, which is within easy reach. En-suite bathrooms are fully equipped with all the accompanying facilities such as towels, soap, hairdryer, etc. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The ground floor has a modern kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishes and utensils, refrigerator, and various other amenities such as coffee makers, microwaves, etc. The spacious living room contains a variety of content such as digital and satellite TV, DVD, radio, books, and the like.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will also find a playroom that is sure to be enjoyed by the youngest, and in addition, there is a sauna and fitness room that will offer you everything you need undisturbed relaxation.

On the large terrace of the villa, there is a beautiful heated infinity pool measuring 3x5m and 1.45m deep which has an additional option of countercurrent swimming. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, and on the terrace, there is a jacuzzi, outdoor grill, and a large dining table.

The villa has parking spaces inside and outside the yard, and there is also a private berth for a boat up to 22 m.

For a more active vacation, the island of Brač offers many opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming, diving, cycling, wine tours, or olive oil tours. Do not miss visiting local attractions such as Zlatni rat beach, one of the most popular beaches on the Adriatic, or the Blaca desert, a natural and cultural attraction that hides a historic monastery in its rocks. Nearby is Vidova gora, a lookout point with a view of the beautiful Dalmatian islands and the coast.
