Modern and luxurious villa Elea is located in Podstrana, not far from the beautiful Dalmatian city of Split. Conceived from day one as a dream home, every detail of this villa exudes luxury and high quality.

With a maximum capacity for a total of 10 people (possibly 2 children can join), Villa Elea has 5 luxuriously equipped bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There are to more extra beds measuring 90x220 cm at your disposal. Two rooms are located on the ground floor, and on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a spacious balcony overlooking the crystal-clear sea. All rooms are air conditioned and have a safety deposit box.

On the ground floor of the villa there are, in addition to two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, dining room and a living room. The spacious and illuminated living room opens onto a large terrace with a beautiful hydromassage pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m. The youngest ones will surely be delighted by the additional contents of the pool, such as an inflatable duck.

There are 8 deck chairs around the pool, and the terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, table, shower, and parasol. In the basement of the villa there is a professionally equipped gym, two bathrooms, additional living room and a laundry room. Inside the yard there are 4 parking spaces at your disposal.

Villa Elea is designed with the highest possible standards, for example the TV screen in the living room goes down remotely and comes out automatically from the ceiling. The villa offers complete privacy to guests and the ramp at the entrance has remote control by mobile application. In addition to the standard key option, entry to the villa is also possible with a code.

The urban centre of Split, 5 km away from the villa, offers a variety of content, both fun, cultural, and artistic. The cultural offer of the city of Split is an inexhaustible story that leads through the streets where history lives with the breath of the present, through museums, galleries, and spaces where for a moment you can feel as a participant in those glorious centuries whose footsteps you walk. Once you find yourself in Split, look for a good tavern or fish restaurant, where a rich gastronomic offer will provide you an unforgettable experience for all your senses.
