Villa Elounda is located in Žrnovnica, only 12 km from the famous tourist town of Split. Every year, the city of Split is visited by many tourists who are looking for fun and enjoying swimming in the clear and clean Adriatic Sea. Villa Elounda was built in a contemporary construction style in 2020, and with its 260 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. The total area of the property is 800 m2. It is 2.8 km from the nearest sea, and the same distance from the pebble beach Strožanac. It is fully air-conditioned and offers 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Also, the villa has one bathroom with a bathtub, and two bathrooms with a shower cabin.

On the ground floor of the villa there are two, already mentioned rooms, which share one bathroom located outside the room. There is also a terrace with seating, and table football. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV. Right next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals.

On the 2nd floor there are two more rooms (already mentioned) which also have one bathroom located outside the room. In addition, there are two terraces with deckchairs on the same floor.

On the land above the building there is a heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi inside it, the size of 33 m2, and the depth of 1.7 meters. There are also 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, outdoor gas grill, summer kitchen. There is also a bar and seating for evening socializing until late at night. From the pool you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Split that will leave you breathless!

There is also a covered part on the terrace where there is an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals and socializing with family and friends. You will also be delighted by the baldehin (a place to sit or lie) sheltered from the sun.

During your stay, you can also use additional facilities such as a washing machine and an iron, and there is also 1 separate toilet. With prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to organize a feeder and a baby cot, as well as a massage.

The entertainment facilities that will delight you are the jacuzzi (located inside the pool), volleyball court, soccer field, football field and table football. Surely each of you will be able to find something for yourself that will complete your annual vacation.

The villa is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces in the yard.

Villa Elounda is ideal for a perfect vacation and relaxation, and on the other hand, it is close to the beautiful beaches in Stobreč (9 min drive) and the city of Split. An additional plus of the facility is that there is a restaurant that offers traditional food right next to the facility, and there is the possibility of grocery delivery to the facility itself.

Upon arrival, all guests receive a small welcome gift from the host, who is available for full concierge service upon request for an additional charge.
