The beautiful villa Emma Maria is located in a small Istrian settlement called Kunj, which is not far from the town of Labin and the Istrian coast with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Thanks to its location in the beautiful greenery of the forest and the beautiful yard with a swimming pool, you will feel as if you have come to a real paradise for vacation!
Villa Emma Maria has three air-conditioned modern bedrooms with double beds. The bedrooms have luxury bathrooms with showers. Two of the bedrooms have a terrace with a beautiful view of the forest and the enchanting Učka. On the ground floor there is a modern and equipped kitchen with a dining room that offers 8 seats. You can also prepare your meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious and comfortable living room with a sofa that can serve as an extra bed. Below the ground floor is a playroom with various entertainment facilities such as billiards, darts, table tennis and Play Station.
In front of the villa there is a nicely decorated, covered terrace where you can relax while your children have fun on the spacious garden which has a beautiful swimming pool that provides refreshment from the summer heat. You can also relax on the 6 comfortable sun loungers around the pool or find refreshment in the luxurious jacuzzi by the pool.

If you want to relax on the beach, head to Rabac which has the most beautiful beaches in Istria, about 20 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest beach is the pebble beach of St. Andrea which is 16 km away from the villa. From Rabac you can go on a boat trip to the nearby islands and be sure to visit other interesting cities in Istria.
