In the small Istrian town of Mihatovići, only one kilometer away from Nova Vas, and five kilometers from Poreč is the location of the beautiful villa Eni West. Staying in Mihatovići is ideal for guests who want a quiet environment that is also close enough to the sea, beaches and Istrian towns known around the world. This modern villa of 261.28 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests who will enjoy the pleasant interior of the villa characterized by simplicity, a perfect blend of pastel tones that extend through all rooms of the villa. The villa has a total of six bedrooms, four of which are equipped with double box spring beds 210 x 180 and two also double box spring beds with the possibility of separation into separate beds 210 x 80. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the fairytale Istrian landscape, olive groves and the enchanting greenery of the Istrian hills. There are also four comfortable and harmoniously decorated bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and the other three with showers and one separate toilet.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your stay and a living room for spending time with your family and friends. From the stylishly decorated living room a large sliding glass door opens the interior to a beautiful yard of 800 m2 decorated in detail with Mediterranean plants. In the yard there is a swimming pool of 26.5 m2 with the possibility of heating, massage pumps and a waterfall, and there are nine deck chairs for enjoying sunbathing. In your free time, this villa offers a whole range of entertainment: jacuzzi, sauna, fitness equipment, swing, toys for children, there is something for everyone. The villa is fully air conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi internet for worry-free internet surfing from all rooms. Next to the villa there are four private parking spaces.
