Stunning villa Esquire lies directly by the sea offering its guests the possibility of private access to the sparkling sea and all its beauty. The villa is located on a total area of 630m2, while the residential unit covers an enviable 330m2. Accommodation capacity of villa Esquire includes 5 spacious, modernly decorated bedrooms, providing enough space for 10 guests.

The spacious and sun-soaked ground floor of the villa features a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, where guests will find everything they need for preparing delicious meals. The sumptuous dining room offers seating for 10 people so that guests can gather comfortably at the table. The dining area offers a view of the spacious and modern living room, where guests can relax after a meal and spend pleasant moments with family and friends. The handsome ground floor further houses a separate toilet and a beautiful, modern master bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet.

The first floor of the villa features 4 other bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a queen-size bed, whereas the remaining bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms offer unforgettable views of the magnificent bay. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. While 4 bathrooms are equipped with a shower enclosure, one features a lovely bathtub. A separate laundry room is also available upstairs.

The offer of the fully air-conditioned villa Esquire includes a sauna, intended for complete enjoyment and relaxation of body and soul.

The breathtakingly beautiful terrace features a beautiful, heated overflow pool of 28 m2 from which you can take in the panoramic view of the crystal-clear sea. There are several comfortable sun loungers around the pool, and for relaxing in good company and fresh air, there is also an outdoor barbecue available.

In the fully fenced yard of the villa Esquire you will find a private parking lot with three parking spaces.

If you enjoy recreation and fun outdoor activities, you can rent a bike, a tennis court, or table tennis, and if you are more of a fan of water sports - a boat, SUP, or kayak for an additional fee.
